Help! First time to FW in Feb 2015
Judy in Texas replied to dogridges's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
My biggest rookie mistake was spending all of my time at the parks and not building time into the plan to enjoy all The Fort has to offer. -
Not enough pixie dust for broken hearts...

I'm sorry for your loss. I still miss my Dora the Explorer. I often call her when I spill something on the kitchen floor, knowing that if she were here she would do a much better job lapping up the mess than I could do with a paper towel. -
Dish Network
Judy in Texas replied to twiceblessed....nacole's topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
I have Dish at home - not their mobile service - and I can recommend it. The signal is lost only during really heavy rain. When I've had an issue, their customer service has been first rate. Good luck. -
I found an article about detailing cars etc at: http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/auto-detailing-101/59327-how-restore-exterior-black-plastic-trim-2.html "The Secret The secret to keeping black plastic trim looking new is really simple but most people miss out on the secret because when they buy a new car everything looks really nice. The appearance and physical condition of exterior trim goes down hill slowly over time, so slowly that you don't recognize the damage until it gets to the point where the damage has become so unsightly that NOW you see it. Here's the secret... "Find somethi

Thousand Trails

El Paso is closer to Los Angeles than Fort Worth. -
If you don't plan on getting a golf cart, ask for a cabin closer to a bus stop. The cabin loop I was in was huge. I would have hated walking to the cabin from the bus stop after a long day in the parks.

Has anyone tried gluten free pizza crust made with cauliflower? I'm not gluten free but have tried to cut back on bread products and thought I might give this a try. This is from Paula Deen's website. http://www.pauladeen.com/recipes/print_view/4696/ Cauliflower Crust Pizza Ingredients Non-stick spray 2 ½ cups grated cauliflower (about ½ a large head) 1 large egg, lightly beaten 1 cup shredded part skim mozzarella 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper 1/4 cup homemade or store bought tomato sauce 1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzarella chees

Those are great! My crochet hooks are gathering dust in the closet. Which website did you use for instructions?

When you take your non-electric vehicle to the filling station, you fill it up and move on. When the people with electric vehicles plug them in at EPCOT, I assume the car can sit there all day even after it is fully charged? That by design is very limiting.

Coolest Jobs at WDW

I'm better at interacting with and managing "things" and not people, no matter how famous. -

My list of Cool Jobs is more in keeping with the list Mo provided. I would not be good at the jobs you have enjoyed. -

Is anyone in your group military or retired military? They can get up to six four-day park hoppers for about $170 each.

There is a thread about the new Hot Dog Hall of Fame in Citywalk. One of the hot dogs is the one served by the Dodgers. Someone mentioned that Vin Sculley has signed on for his 60-something year of broadcasting with the Dodgers and a moderator popped on and reminded the posters to stay on topic. The moderators are very knowledgable and they are nice with their reminders; but, no cinnamon roll discussions.

I have reservations for November and have had most of my questions answered at this website: http://forums.orlandoinformer.com/topic/175-cabana-bay-beach-resort-faqs-post-questions-here/ Orlando Informer is a relatively new website. It is similar in format to Fort Fiends only it is primarily about Universal and is tightly moderated. Good information. No high jinx.

Since they adore the dogs, could you take a little basket of locally made doggy treats?
