Well that's not good news about losing the AAA parking. Although there has been quite a few times that either we were told the AAA section was full, or the lot attendant's were so rude that it wasn't worth the argument. On our way as a type this to the fort!!! Be there around 2:30-3. Won't worry about the parking.

We also have zero tolerance for the buses. We have an elderly golden that is back at the RV so an hour or more bus trip is not a good option. We always take the boat to MK but most always drive to the other 3 parks. Well...unless we're drinking round the world at Epcot. Then boat to MK and monorail to Epcot. We buy our season passes at AAA so we get a diamond parking pass.

I don't think that the Hoop de Do has the late night 9PM seating any longer (at least in March they didn't), but I was successful as a walk in the same day, to get a group of 12 in for the late night seating.

If you don't have 50amp service (and an RV that has 50 amp service) you most likely will blow a circuit breaker. Yes, I have run an extension cord directly from the 110 outlet and that will work, make sure it's heavy duty. If you notice the cord getting hot, you may not be able to continue the use! Finally got an RV with 50 amp service so i can run the air while blowdrying my hair! Used to drive hubby nuts! Can't wait, heading to the Fort Saturday AM! be there by 1PM check-in! Have to see about printing my own sign, since i don't have time to order one!

Kids are in school by mid August in the South, we went several years running the last two weeks of August and overlapped Labor Day. The only days it was crowded was Labor day weekend, the locals all come in. Hot weather, yes, but at least you can enjoy the water parks!
