Dear Mr. Kern, Thank you for your email to the Walt Disney World Resort. I apologize for the confusion you have had regarding the mugs you purchased during your vacation in 1988. After speaking with many of our partners in the Resort and Food and Beverage, they have informed me that the Guest mug is refillable during their current stay only. For additional stays, a new mug needs to be purchased in order to receive free refills. This mug is not available for refills on future stays at the Resort. Each refill station explains that the refillable mug plan is available for the current stay only. W

No all products can stay it the cart. This new system will get rid of the inventory company that comes in to do the physical count. All it will take is one person with a hand held scanner to walk the store.

Then new RFID system will let Disney get rid of a lot if CM’s. I know a little company called Wal-mart will have this system in every product within the next year. The new check out system you push your cart into a dome and it will ring up all products.

This is great new unlike the stuff I bought in 2009-2010 these products don't have a logo saying Disney world/Disneyland

CM told a person with a brown forever mug they could no longer refill it they had to buy a new mug

Yes New years 04 we left Orlando with 1 week to kill. Cheryl and I stay at that KOA. We were in our MH then and had to rent a scooter to get around what a great time

I have stayed at Anastasia State Park a few times i like and will stay their again in the future. When I lived in St. Augustine we would go over there and spend the day.

Lou all it takes is a letter to Disney legal department for all info about Forever mugs. Sorry Lou it will not cost me a dime

No I have friends the are lawyer and they will send a letter tell Disney to show all doc about forever mugs. That will make Disney spend money to respond. I know every time Disney lawyer get in the game it is 75 thousand so is soda worth 75 thousand to them

Yes it just not soda it is a service the was sold to a guest in good faith that they would be good forever now Disney is no longer honoring these mug. In 1991 I got a pass for 5 days and we only use 1 day of they can Disney tell me they will no longer honor the other 4 day. If I show up trying to use my pass and they said we never had a program like that that is wrong. Disney sold these mugs as Forever and they need to Honor that. I bet there are only a few hundred mugs still out there. In good guest serves let the people with these mugs have a pass

I will make Disney Prove that forever mug was not a program. We can file a small calm in court with Orange County they will have to spend money to fought it

I think my Forever mug was $9.95 for life

I stayed in 416 for 4 months the site is 23 steps from the Comfort Station

I think it's $12.95 you can try to use your old one all they can do is tell you you can't
