  1. I have to admit I've seen most of it, when the kids were watching. It's not too bad, though it's nothing compared to this thread. :rofl3:
  2. We've made 2 trips to Branson, MO. I was enjoying it, but the others seems to have gotten bored with it. And there were so many buffets and stage shows left unravaged.
  3. In line with my topic about non-Disney camping, where do you like to go?
  4. As much as we don't want to admit it, we do have to spend some time camping in others places. Where are some of your favorite non-Disney places to go? If you are on multi-day trips, where do you like to stop over? I want to try out the RV park at Worlds Of Fun and Oceans Of Fun in Kansas City this summer. If anyone has been there, I'd love to hear about it. Any others out there worth driving to?
  5. Did you insist on a separate seat for your invisible friend?
  6. I guess I'm not rabid enough. I lost interest when they told me I had to pay for it. eta: OK, so I went to Live 365, rather than the link in the OP, and found players for no charge. We'll see how many commercials I have to endure, maybe they won't turn me off in the first 5 minutes.
  7. "In" means you clean it with a q-tip, "out" means you clean it with a washcloth.
  8. Think of it as a new insult you can use. Instead of syaing "kiss my ass" you can say "read my ass." Just don't use the color comics section. That would be gouche.
  9. You could chop down a tree and give them a good log to sit on and paddle to the MK. Then they wouldn't have to wait for the boat. It would also save a tree from being used for a clothesline.
  10. Careful, or I'l 10-76 all over your yard and give you a major 26-14 to COPOP, STAT.
  11. POR is where we've stayed both trips to the World. From there, the buses only go to the parks. Quickest way would be to bus to a park, then bus or boat to the Fort.
  12. We'll share that point, since I think you missed my post on that one.
  13. I'll echo Carol's choices, they are some of our favorites. My oldest daughter and I also like to go to Boma's, at the AK Lodge.
  14. The bus driver is a virgin. All female passengers are warned to take protective measures. Either that, or someone just ralphed on the bus.
  15. 10-8: In service and ready to go. 10-81: Back in service after the break.
  16. Not trying to be petty, and I'm glad you got your question answered. However, just a suggestion? Capitalization, punctuation, and spaces are your friends. They are certainly friends of the people who are trying to read your posts.
  17. Wonderful idea, Dan. My sister has to avoid gluten, and sometimes we are at a loss for ideas when taking food to a family event, or inviting her over here.
  18. Hmmm, the short-cut idea would work. Maybe I'll try that, 'cause I saw several that I want to try.
  19. It worked out great, and it's a perfect thing for camping. Crock the cicken and soup all afternoon, then add the biscuits at the end for the dumplings. You can expand or contract the recipe to fit the number of people with ease. And just for you Dave (that's a lie, it's also for me), we decided that we should have bacon-wrapped the chicken, then cut it up when we cut up the chicken. Everything goes better with bacon. :worship:
  20. First- everyone should be checking out this site. A lot of good info, and new ways to make use of it. It even has a good mobile app for Android. Second, a question for Lisa. I'm cruising through the blogs looking at recipies, and found several that I want to try. The problem is remembering them. Is there a way to mark one as a favorite, or maybe "follow" it? That would make it easier to pull up the ones that I want to try. After all, it's a long time till camping season, and I'm too old to remember things that long. I'm making the crockpot chicken and dumplings tonight.
