Do they ever do discounts like this for the campsites, or is AAA discount in the value season the cheapest it goes?

I still shudder to think of a dirndl on Honey Boo-Boo's mother. I don't mean to talk ill of anyone, but that really makes me a little queasy. I do have to say that everything on the scale to the right of SMB is a WDW thing, which makes me giddy with joy. So I just figure you love everything! :D

May the Fourth Be With You!
Momof6....aka Marty replied to Tri-Circle-D's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
The proper name for Cinco de Mayo is Revenge of the Fifth. It's what happens when you drink too many toasts to May the Fourth be With You! -
What is a homeschooling fiend to do when 1/3 of her students fail to show up for class? Why, give herself the day off and re-read the WWW trip report, of course! I miss my WW every day. It seems like months since we were there and years until we will be together again. Thanks again to each of you for giving me the best birthday ever!

My family all loves Star trek. The kids have been watching the whole DS9 series on DVD from the library. I love the movies, but felt there were some "grown-up" themes that I would rather not share with my children at this time. I hope to go with dh, but might have to wait for it to come out on DVD. However, if anyone is passing through Greenville, SC area and wants to see it, give me a call and i will meet you there and have you back to the house afterwards (or beforehand) for dinner!

Resort pools
Momof6....aka Marty replied to flaboy1968's topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
You are as long as you stay outside the fence and just stare in! Sorry, we tend to be a little snarky here. But, as you probably already found out, Disney does not allow this. You are allowed go to the other resorts and look around. I find that very interesting. They are all decorated so uniquely. And just getting to some of them by boat and monorail is half the fun! Hope you have a great trip! -
The Experimental TR - Nicki's Hot Mess
Momof6....aka Marty replied to Nicki aka Rebelstand's topic in Trip Reports
Hey! I just got my picture on the TR of the year! Ok, maybe you don't recognioze me. No, those aren't my feet in the middle of the picture in the ultra cool socks. No, not the little bit of foot just to the right of that. See those really nerdy sneakers behind them? That's me! :D -

I'm back... Re-Intro with lots of camping questions.
Momof6....aka Marty replied to cinderella73's topic in Disney Trips
To supplement the Pop-tarts and spaghetiios, put out fruit and fresh veggies, if yuor kids will eat that sort of thing. Then, like you say, eat healthy when you get home. It's vacation - enjoy! -
Shopping for special diets near WDW
Momof6....aka Marty replied to kadancer's topic in Camping with DisAbilities
There is a Publix near the Fort. I'm sure someone else can give you good directions. They carry Ian's products. You might want to call them directly to see if they have the specific products you want. There is also a Whole Foods not too far away which would probably have everything you need. If you plan on eating at any Disney Restaurants, you will do best contacting the particular restaurant before hand. OTOH, they do well even with walk-ins. I don't know of anywhere that is better at handling food sensitivities and allergies than WDW.
