  1. SSShhhh.... Don't tell anyone, as this campground is already way too popular. favorite non-Fort campground is HUnting Island State Park in SC, near Beaufort. They have campsites right on the beach. The downside is that the campsites off the beach do tend to have lots of mosquitos. But waking up to the sound of the surf. Sitting outside the tent and watching dolphins frolic. That is very nice, to me.
  2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZfRHseYWQoY In case you didn't know how big a star Billy Dee Williams really is! And i would stand in line to meet Chewbacca. I am a geek and proud of it.
  3. I am sure the only thing better than reading this TR was being there. :D
  4. I have a picture in my head of WWW and a 24-hour MK colliding. :partythree: :panic: :pope:
  5. I recommend you start a new thread for WWW 2014 and re-post these last few posts there so everyone interested can see them and comment.
  6. Just a cautionary FYI - people do die from being hit on the head with a golf ball. A friend of mine lost her 16yo nephew that way. So please be careful. Looking forward to Monday! (How often do you hear that?!?)
  7. I don't remember much of my trip to Germany when I was 16, but for a few years afterwards, everytime I got drunk, I would start speaking in German. Weird hijack.
  8. I am intersted to read what you thought. I haven't seen it yet, but still hope to before ot is not in theaters anymore.
  9. Can I just ask why two of the dirndl wearers are orange? (the two on the left)
  10. That bag sounds great! I will have to watch e-bay and yard sales for them. Years ago, when I was planning our Give a Day, Get a Day trip, I read (on another board that shall not be named) about a sale on bags that some ladies there recommended made by Overland Equipment. I bought one on sale and have been very happy with it. It is very ugly, but very functional. The Vera Bradley bags look much prettier. :)
  11. That does not look like a real Jedi braid to me. That looks like he has something that hangs off his sunglasses. I call foul. I have a son who is trying to grow his hair out long enough for a Jedi braid. I have tried to convince him that by the time it is long enough, his fiance will be asking him to cut it off for the wedding. If he can get a fiance with a Jedi Braid. Actually, he will likely be joining the military in a few years - maybe I will let them cut it off. Or maybe I can just talk him getting a fake one.
  12. One of the things I love about WDW is that grown women can walk around in a tiara and scream like a little girl at old men and make them blush.
  13. I know there will be lots of replies to this. I just wanted to say Hi! (I let my dh drive so I never pay attention - sorry!)
  14. I think the water wheel is to help circulate the water for the waterslide.
  15. Now I wish that after I screamed like a 13yo girl, I had been able to get a photo of the blush that resulted. Then I would have had proof. And yes, had I been able, I would have done the 24hour thing with those Wild Womenz, mostly just to be with them because they are wonderful ladies and tons of fun!
  16. I, too, am tired after reading this. But I was already tired, as I haven't had time to recover from SMGG yet. Thanks for bringing us along!
  17. First time I saw TCD in person, I screamed like a 13yo seeing a teen idol. Like I would have screamed when I was 13yo if i had seen Shawn Cassidy. Now I can say I have seen TCD blush!
  18. Fa-Tang! I'm late but in. Having spent some time with some of you ladies, I can well imagine the fun you had. I look forward to reading about all your adventures!
