  1. Sorry I don't know the answers to your questions. Hopefully, a fiend who has tried this can chime in soon with their impressions of the experience. As far as age, maybe a fiend that is there now could check on this for you? Hope you get your answers!
  2. I love that this is not just a TR about Doodle's journey, but also a history of the PUP. It is indeed, a PUP's Tale. :D
  3. I'm in! Why do I think chat will be quiet for the next few nights? I better go check it out for myself!

  5. Yes, but what will be $1 at the Dollar Store today will be 50 cents at Wal-Mart and Big Lots on 11/01 and may even be 25 cents by 11/4.
  6. Honestly, until I saw the last update from YC, I truly thought y'all were kidding about the gorilla. Who brings a giorilla costume to a campground??? Thanks for posting more pictures, YC. I am hoping that there are a few more floating around that may be posted one day soon. Go Braves!
  7. Well, maybe one... But you can get one when you are at WDW next month. Maybe you and Loretta could split one after your ride on Splash Mountain.
  8. I forgot to put a tiara on my list! This old age thing is really beginning to catch up with me!
  9. Oops! I have been to two! Both during WWW '13. We went to Contempo Cafe the first night for dinner and the Captain Cook's the last night for my first Dole Whip! Yum!
  10. http://www.disneydining.com/top-10-walt-disney-world-food-courts/ I have only been to one Food Court, so my thoughts are limited. What's your opinion?
  11. My kids know that the day after Halloween, we will be up and out early in the morning to shop the sales. We buy bags of candy and glowsticks on half price sales. A few days later, we go out again to see what is left at 75% off. At Wal-Mart, we often find good deals on orange sweatpants among other things. I bring the glowsticks to WWW to keep track of wayward wild womenz.
  12. I prefer to carry a water bottle so I don't need to spend time at a CS asking for a small glasses of ice water. Nicki was grateful for the extra socks I brought into the parks at the last WWW. Band Aids, asprin, etc. - I would rather tend to blisters etc. on the People Mover than at a first aid station and washing down some Advil with the water from my water bottle while on line for It's a Small World just keeps the fun moving along. :D BUT!! I have only been in a WDW park four times in my life. Each time, I have tried to pack as much fun as possible into the time I have there. This
  13. I think the advantage would be not having to carry a water bottle. But I would not wear one into a theme park. I will wear a tiara and a gaudy WW necklace with or without a flamingo on the end, and asd many clothes as I can pile on at 12:30am on a cold night in February, but I would not wear one of those. I think.
  14. I was surprised to read in the article that Disney does not provide lockers, as I thought I remembered reading that Mo, Nicole and Nicki got a locker when they were at Mk for 24 hours.
  15. http://www.disneydining.com/top-ten-items-disney-park/ How does your list compare?
  16. Loving this trip report! I am thinking I just need to choose a weekend and declare it an SC GG. I miss my Fiends!
  17. I would also choose to stay in a rented camper. I have and it was wonderful!
  18. Let me start with saying that I am very glad Stella is okay. With 6 kids, and 4 of them boys, you would think I would deal with blood a lot, but I really don't. I did once get told i couldn't donate blood for 6 months because i had touched one of my children's blood. i appealled, they apologized, and i am back to trying to donate every 8 weeks. :D It was also only recently that i had grits, other than the gelled facismile served in the hospital. I guess I don't get out much. (OTOH, with children with very pervasive food allergies, no one invites to their house to eat because we can nver
  19. Nope - no good. IV's bypass the tastebuds. That, I believe, would be a tragedy. My first experience with sausage gravy was at WWW'13. Oh my, what a delight! Go Braves! (Can we get a smilie appropriate to this sentitment?)
  20. I hope to meet you soon as well, YC. Meanwhile, post more pictures! LOL Go Braves!
  21. Emergency??? I haven't even meet YC yet and you broke him? :dropjaw: Go Braves!!
  22. 1) Very glad Carol was able to have a relaxing weekend. 2) If I can talk my dh into driving to Defeated Creek next year, I volunteer to bring homemade bagels for the sammiches. 3) Toasted Almond sounds interesting. 4) Thanks for reminding me why i should take the kids camping soon. 5) Go Braves!
