  1. I would love to do something like this with the right group of people, but agree with what they others said about too expensive.
  2. My husband thinks we would need both and even that would not be enough room. Our pastor is willing to drive our sedan and still let us borrow the Suburban. Our sedan has a lot of minor issues right now. I have asked Li'L John to take the pastor out for a test drive tomorrow and make sure he is comfortable driving an Acura with every dash light lite up, sqealing brakes, and a mystery suspension that will decide on a straight road that you need to turn the steering wheel if you wish to continue driving straight.
  3. Thanks y'all, but I spoke too soon. I thought sister in law had offered to let someone else drive her highlander. Turns out it was not her idea, but my husband's and now that she has thought about it, she is not comfortable with that. She is still fine with me driving the Highlander, but we are back to trying to figure out how to get everything to fit in it. How many kids can I legally strap to the roof rack?
  4. We are another step closer! My sister in law had offered us the use of her Highlander, but there were serious concerns that we would not be able to fit all 7 of us with all of our stuff into a Highlander. My husband mentioned this to his sister and she said that if someone had a larger vehicle we could borrow, they could drive the Highlander while we are away. We asked around and found someone willing to lend us a Suburban! :jumpforjoy
  5. Are you sick of my questions yet? Sorry!!! How much is a refillable mug and where can it be refilled at the Fort? And the related question - is there a lower age limit on going into the Trading Posts without adult supervision? I am thinking some of my kids will want to be able to wander around at the Trading Posts when I am resting my leg. I don't allow the 7yo to wander by herself, but wondering about 12yob. Thank you!!
  6. Stop complaining. That complex gives you another excuse to drink that fancy beer or scotch in your hand.
  7. Duh. Here is the link for the updated page: http://memoirable.blogspot.com/2014/09/updated-epcot-passport-pages.html
  8. Okay, I have published an updated post showing the frames and I think you can just copy and save the pictures and then print them. Ray, if you still want me to make one for your dd, pm me.
  9. I got 50 sheets of the 8.5"x11" cream. I also got a sheet of very dark navy for the covers and these stickers: http://shop.hobbylobby.com/products/airplane-travel-stickers-578567/ Ray, I would love to do this, if you can wait until I get back from our trip. When is your next trip? Thank you! Help me figure out how to do it, and I will gladly share!
  10. I wonder if Hobby Lobby would have it? That is the closest. We have the other two, but they are the other end of the extremely busy shopping area that everyone seems to drive on at the same time i try to go anywhere. Okay, I found this: http://shop.hobbylobby.com/products/8-1/2-x-11-cream-cardstock-value-pack-848622/ Does that look good?
  11. Thanks! Where would I get that and is it more expensive? Thank you! :thank-you-smiley3:
  12. I am making passports for my younger children for when we tour the WS. Here is my preliminary efforts: http://memoirable.blogspot.com/2014/08/epcot-world-showcase-passport.html Can anyone helpful fiend tell me if the area I left for the stamp is big enough? (about 2" by 1.25") Do you think I should print it on card stock or paper? Either way, I was thinking of using something ivory or very light beige colored.
  13. Look for my Fiend sign, hopefully on the 1500 loop! :wave1:
  14. I am going during a pretty slow time and they have it scheduled every night.
  15. I thought Dave did do one helpful thing, which is why we now have the phrase, "It's Dave's fault!" :rofl2:
  16. Actually, the great thing about FF is that the board in general and the Fiends specifically are helpful and snarky!
  17. If you think your post should be help to the thread, you have not been around FF.net long enough.
  18. You brought out the purple crayon just for me! :heartsmiley:
  19. Thanks for the reminder - I need to fax in my site request in a few days. I will put that on my calendar so i don't forget.
  20. Thanks for all that detailed information. Knowing about the cement blocks is particularly helpful. By the way, do they completely block off any walking paths around the Tree of Life?
  21. Even though you are a Gamecock fan, I have some advise to add. When you check for A&E FP+, check first for the last day you will be in parks and work backwards. If you find one for the last day, grab it, and then see if you can find one earlier, if that would work better for you. You can always change the later one to something else. Also, if there are more than 2 of you in your party, see if you can break it up and get overlapping FP+ for A&E. In my case, I got A&E for my two girls, and that was good enough for me. I booked the rest of us on Haunted Mansion for an overlapp
