TCD, I have to say Thank You for biting the bullet and checking out DLP for the FF. So far, it is not somewhere I would spend the money to go to. If I had the money. But you did make me want to visit London again and esp. want to visit Dublin. I can't wait to read your impressions of Paris.

I went to Paris in 1979 and decided never to go back. The people were just so rude. When I went to Epcot last fall and saw the movie at the France Pavilion, I thought maybe France isn't so bad and I might give it another chance, if the opportunity ever presented itself. Now i am leaning toward my earlier impression again. I think I would rather spend time in Germany or England, rather than spending time being insulted by the French.

Many years ago when Sarah was quite young, we ate at an IHOP. It was a stretch for our budget, so I ordered her water to drink. The waitress asked Sarah if she wanted lemon in her water. I start saying no, but Sarah is saying yes. Then the waitress asks Sarah (she was about 5 at the time) if she wants sugar in there as well. So she brings the water with a lemon wedge, makes a big deal about stirring a packet of sugar in it, then charges us for a lemonade! We don't eat at IHOP anymore.

I looked at that nice long hallway and imagined how many families could huddle in there during the rain and how many people could sleep there during a 24-hour day. See? I am practicing my imagining, just in case.

Wouldn't that be the life? Working for the Mouse and getting paid to imagine stuff? Ah well. I loved the look of the Phantom manor. It reminded me a bit of the house in Psycho - the way it was up on a hill and looked foreboding. I never thought WDW's HM looked creepy.

Am I the only Fiend that will admit I am looking forward to the new ride? I mean, i am very, very sad that Maelstrom is gone. I only got to ride it once and loved it. I would have loved to ride it again and again just to really absorb everything. But I am still looking forward to the new ride. I am hoping it will be open in time for WWW 2016.

I am guessing that the toys from Toy Story and the stuffed animals from Winnie the Pooh are things you would find in a child's room, which is why they are together. You also might find a child's book, so maybe that is why they are joined that way. Or I just have way too much spare time and thought about it too long. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It seemed to me that if the name did not tell what the place was, then the first line below the name on the map was a description in French of what that place was. Then English and the other languages. But if it was obvious from the name, they didn't include the further description in French. (I started writing this hours ago, but got distracted by kids and homeschool and laundry and dinner. Forgive me if anyone else mentioned this already.)

I have no idea why i read this as the demon don't fart. I swear, I just popped open my first beer and sat down to take a few sips while reading trip reports. Honest. Would I lie to you?
