A FP+ for A&E is the hardest FP+ to get. You will want to be trying for it at 12:01am on your 60th day. Try for the last day of your trip first, as you are more likely to get a good time then. I have the Aroma Rice Cooker/Steamer. I have cooked an entire meal in it. But there is only one meal i try in it. "Fried" rice. The ratio of water to rice for the cooker is 3/4 cup rice to one cup water. I put 3 cups uncooked rice in the cooker. I add 1/2 cup soy and 3 1/2 cups water. Then I add about 1/2 a large bag of frozen mixed veggies. I let this sit a few hours. (I usually set it up around 2 or 3 and then set the timer to have every thing ready at 6pm.) Another reason to thank Gretchen! I had taken some time away from FF.net. It's hard to read about WDW and FW when I have no trips planned. I came back to try to get the ball rolling for WWW 2016 and at least have tentative dates. But I forgot about the bonus content in this TR so i never finished reading it. Thank you, Gretchen for popping it back up to the top! I have gotten to finish reading it today while my kids watch Bother Bear. I think I better go make sure i read all the 4th of July TR.

I can't say how big the problem of people booking a "phantom" site is, but I am sure it happens. They book one night at the campground for their arrival day. Then they can make FP+ 60 days out from that night for that day and the next. The next day, they can make it for another day. And so on for the rest of their stay. They never check into the campground, but still get "free" parking at the theme parks for two days, Magic bands for the whole group, and the FP+ advantage. No worries! Just wanted to be sure we were discussing the same thing. In answer to your question (which i forgot to do), we love the pictures we got! It was wonderful to be able to ask any Photopass Photographer for a picture, though you can also ask them to take pictures with your own camera, whether or not you have the Memory Maker. But one thing I love is the ride photos! If you have your Magic Band on while you are on the ride, these are automatically added to your account. Do you mean the Memory Maker? You might want to look into a Memory Maker Share. If you split the cost with family and friends, it can be quite reasonable. With this in mind, i know many people who are finding friends they never knew they had who are traveling around the same dates.

It is frustrating on the weekends to have paid for the benefits using the facilities at the Fort, only to find them over run with people not paying anything for the same benefits.

I have always wondered about this. i have seen sand used for oil spills (not the big ones, but small ones you get at a garage and such). I have also read that walking in the sand can dry out your feet. But sand is just ground up bits of shells, right? How is that absorbent?

Just another reason why I let a travel agent, like the magnificent Jason with Mouse Counselors, handle all my travel reservations these days. It's free to me and makes my whole experience much, much better.
