Sarah and I are planning to stay at ASMo on 4/27. The next morning, we hope to make rope drop at MK. The snag is that we will be staying at FW that night with the WW. Choice A is to first drive from ASMo to FW,, park in the overflow, then take the internal bus to the Marina, catch a boat to the Contemporary, then walk to MK to get there about 30 minutes before Rope Drop. At the end of the day, we would take the boat to FW, then the bus to the overflow lot, get our stuff, then take a bus to the loop to join the WW. Choice B would be to drive from ASMo to MK, take a tram from our pa

I have been reading rumors about this for a few weeks. I am curious to see how it works. The main question would be if you can make FP+ for a park you are not currently in. For example, i have 3 FP+ booked for AK and plan to hop to Epcot for dinner. It would be great if once I have completed my 3rd FP+ in AK, I could peruse and pick an EPCOT FP+ before leaving AK.

I tried calling and was told that I would have to wait until I check in. But as we all know, cast member answers can vary sometimes. :/

Sarah and I have an ADR at Coral Reef on 4/29. We are hoping to get a seat near the aquarium. I know you can see it from all three levels, but we really want to be up front and close to the action. Is there a way to add that to my ADR? Or do we just arrive for our ADR and make the request then? Or do we have no chance to request such a table?

Any speculation on how this will effect those with regular admission for the day? I was planning to be at MK on 4/28 from 9am to the stated closing time of 10pm. Will I now need to plan to leave at 7pm? Okay. Nevermind. I found where the closing time will stay the same. Can't wait to see how this effects the crowd level for the parade and fireworks that night.

Yes, i was just guessing at a reason they gave. Mo's reason is probably more likely.

I would assume that Disney is saying they are doing it for safety reasons. We should all be wary of letting strangers know when and where we will be somewhere. I would assume the real reason Disney is doing that is to discourage guests from renting from outside companies. They would prefer that people use the cabins, which would be more money for them.

I would think the best source for that info would be the rental company themselves. If they rent to people staying at the Fort on a regular basis, they would have an idea of how it is done. I know in the past, the company I rented from was able to get the site number from check-in and be all set up before I arrived. But I am not sure Disney allows that anymore.

I saw a link on a Facebook group about the new refurbishment schedule issued yesterday. I clicked the link given and it took me to Voldemort. I noticed that they are reporting that the "re-imagined Maelstrom ride" will be closed through 4/30/2016. I googled Disney refurbishment 2016 and found another site saying the same thing. I would love if it opened during WWW 2016.

I have found posting touring plans on Josh's forum to be very helpful. Those people live to critique touring plans and help you have the best possible vacay.

I should mention that the times listed were mostly to give me an idea when to plan my FP+. Once I am in the park, i only pay attention to what I want to do next and what time my FP+ are. That said, last year, I had a similar schedule and it worked well. I did Facebook check ins at most of the rides and attractions i went to and they usually lined right up with the plan. The credit goes to Josh at easywdw.com I just use his cheat sheets and adjust them to what I want to do.

Since I started working on touring plans for Sarah and i to go to MK 4/28 before joining the WW, I have seen that BTMRR has been listed as being closed for refurbishment this Spring. Man, I wish i could take advantage of that! The deal in this area that i have heard of is you can buy $150 worth of Disney GCs for $143 at Sam's Club. I haven't done it yet.

When we were at Disney in 2010, Sarah wanted to be a Disney Princess. She was so swet to each child she met, we thought it would be a natural fit. Unfortunately, at age 13, she was already too tall to ever be a Disney Princess. We keep hoping they will make a new movie about a tall princess.
