Are cancellations causing a drop in occupancy? Might be a good time to hit up Jason for some cheap trips. Got a message about discounts on Disney cruises for FL residents. 4 day Bahama trip out of Port Canaveral for 2 costing anywhere from $1800 to $2500 depending on the dates in April and May. Tax and port fees additional Seems like a decent price to me. Any cruise veterans know if this is a good rate? They have other trips from Canaveral and Miami also.

It was better when you bought an admission ticket and then a book of tickets where you always had leftover A tickets! -

Guess it's not the happiest place on Earth for everyone. First the ferry incident, now this... Wednesday 3/4/20 UPDATE: The Orange County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that a woman jumped from an undisclosed location at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in what has been deemed an apparent suicide. The woman was found dead by the authorities once they arrived on scene. As far as an official statement, all that OCSO has publicly released is the following: Reports on social media are indicating that there is heavy police and rescue activity at Disney’s Contemporary

You’d be surprised, but at certain table service restaurants across property, what really stands out is the complimentary bread service, be it the doughy pull-apart bread from Coral Reef in EPCOT or the rolls from The Hollywood Brown Derby, served with butter that’s delicately speckled with pink Himalayan salt. With price increases affecting everything from Annual Passes, to park tickets, and of course, dining at the parks and resorts, guests are having to reanalyze their vacation plans in anticipation of higher costs. Now there’s one rumored change coming that, while small, marks a big s

Haven't towed on the Beachline, but it's a good drive. And it should be less $$ than the 417 (but it is a longer drive). You're going further S on I-95 then straight across so it's a right angle whereas 417 is more of an angle. Get a Sun Pass available in vending machines at the rest areas or E-PASS Xtra, ( https://www.cfxway.com/e-pass-xtra/) you will save $$ and a lot of time.

The only reason we went last year was so I could see the new castle show with Jack Skellington. And we never did get to do the Jack and Sally meet and greet because it was over an hour wait. And we went to one of the earliest dates! I won't be going back again anytime soon. I would like to try the Christmas party, but I've read so many negative reviews about overcrowding that it may not happen.

https://www.insider.com/disney-private-island-resort-lighthouse-point-bahamas-photos-2020-2 So will the cruise prices skyrocket to cover this expense, or will everything across the board see larger $$ jumps? https://wdwnt.com/2020/02/disney-now-hiring-cast-members-for-star-wars-galactic-starcruiser-at-walt-disney-world/ Calling all Star Wars fans! The opening of Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is drawing near, and a recent job posting by Disney shows they are now hiring for the immersive hotel experience. Galactic Starcruiser – General Manager is the name of the job listing, and if the job listing is any indication, Disney is taking the immersive theme of the hotel very seriously. From the job listing:

https://wdwnt.com/2020/02/my-disney-experience-glitch-allowing-guests-to-secure-star-wars-rise-of-the-resistance-boarding-groups-outside-of-disneys-hollywood-studios/ I bet they correct this glitch real quick! The usual procedure for securing a Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance boarding group requires that all members in the booking party not only be at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but also tapped in to the park. While the boarding group process has gotten increasingly frustrating over the past few weeks due to changing park hours and ever-increasing demand for the attraction,

I did that years ago when I was out at a postal school in Norman OK. Got a cheap 3 speed at a yard sale and a lock, then told my co-workers that were heading out to school after me where to find it locked up and the combo for it. -
Universal had/has the same issue with Hagrid's ride breaking down and shortened hours to allow for repairs. One article I read shortly after it opened is that the equipment is getting beat up and worn out just about everyday requiring a lot of parts to be replaced. Not sure how true that is, but I guess they are still running it on reduced hours.
