Next post highlights something so very awesome! I LOVE attention to detail! Phases of the Moon
-
Thanks! You will LOVE it! My pleasure! It's worth the flight! I see no problem with eating the whole time! You get a view while you eat too!
-
Breathtaking photos! We have not been to Maui~ maybe next time! So far our favorite island is Kauai. It's small but has desert, rain forest, snow capped mountains and gorgeous beaches! You can easily drive around the whole thing in a day! Our next trip we'd like to take the kids and spend some time "roughing it" in Kauai and then take them to Aulani.

Here is a video of the room: Oceanview hotel room Yeah, I talk too much in it...but the view is worth listening to me!!!!! :parrot:
-
That would be a problem- not remembering Hawaii! How sad! It IS a long flight, but after Russia it should feel like a skinny minute! Or you could wait for the bridge like Duane!
-
I hear they're working on that bridge! Yep, two years sounds about right Thanks for all the comments! And yes, Monique- I am VERY lucky!

Hi Fiends! I just came home from a trip to Aulani! It still has a few bugs to work out given that it is only a week or so old at this point, but it was WONDERFUL!!!!! I have written a few articles on it and thought I would share them here with my camping loveys  I will start first with the important stuff FOOD! Seriously, Oahu's state scent has GOT to be roast pork and plumeria. Makes you want to eat and lounge around with a sweetie ALL DAY! Lots of pictures!!!! Aulani Restaurant Reviews I hope you enjoy!

Well that makes perfect sense!!! Geez, I feel better now- thanks! That thought never occurred to me since we have a big 'ol suburban that will pull just about anything. I like the hybrids not because of weight but because they have the tent ends! I love the tent feel of my pop up...I'm just tired of popping it up! :yourock: -

Black racers eat rattlers too? Jim- touche! Doesn't change the fact that I am more afraid of the venomous ones though! -

I just looked some info up on that snake and it eats rattlers! Swallows them whole! Crazy! I'd rather have an indigo any day! -

Last May I stayed in site 2007 alone in a tent. Shortly after arriving I was greeted by an approximately 4 ft long black snake. It had just come from the banks of the canal and slithered under a bush. I tried to get a picture but by the time I got my camera out it was completely hidden. I hadn't set up yet...not sure why I didn't ask to move. I took it as a garter snake and left it at that. I only saw it one other time. It was near the banks again. I thought it was wet because it was glossy looking. I'm wondering if it was that Indigo snake!? It was quite large and not scary, so maybe -

Thanks! Ohio is not too far away! I really like the KZ's too. Only 3 floorplans but they are well thought out. I think your opinion counts as expert! Thank you! That was one of the first types I came across. It has a sportier look and I like it. The one thing that concerns me is, the new models no longer have the option of a cargo deck. I'm curious why that might be. Kodiak and Starcraft both look like they've discontinued the toy hauler version. Now the only ones I can find with 2011+ toy hauler models are rockport roo and the Kz. We aren't necessarily looking for "new" but it doe -
Any Kingdom Keepers fans out there?

My kids blew through all 4 books! I have only read the first, but love it because I know exactly the places mentioned. Anytime we walk past the firehouse, my kids look up, wave and say, "Hi Wayne!" You all may be interested to know that the first book will be made into a movie to be released in 2013: Magic Kingdom -

That is exactly what we are looking for!!!! Thank you for posting that!!!! -
After our last trip to the Fort, it became pretty obvious that our pop-up may not be cutting it any longer. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE it! I love the "tent" feel and the ease in towing. BUT- it's becoming increasingly more difficult to pop it, pack it, put it down. Then the time it takes away from vacation with the set up and tear down...well, I feel like I need to pad my trip with two extra days. There is one more biggie- no a/c! July in Disney was...well...sticky. So we are looking for another. Thinking Hybrid (expandable) with a cargo deck. So my first question is: Does anyone have
