A good friend and fiend, Jim Pecoy, is in need of blood donations. He is a really neat camping buddy and has been to many-a-gathering. He has had 14 pints of blood since the beginning of February. Please help our veteran Fiend by taking a small amount of your time and donating a pint of blood in his name. Even though he is in Florida, every bit counts and hopefully they will contact the local hospital and let them know his group of Fiends are helping out. My dad and my sister's father-in-law were on scooters last year when they went. Both of them have severe back problems and have had surgery, so they cannot keep up with my sister's family, who are all under the age of 10. The rudeness goes both ways, as they wanted to go slow because they were learning the scooters. According to a Facebook source, (and I cannot confirm this until I get there at the end of the week), all the rented Disney scooters have had a governor and object detection system put on them. This is in MK only right now and will be implemented to all parks by end of May. The story was that a disabled person was at the Keys to a Kingdom tour and was riding a rented scooter.
