  1. Ok, I found where I was...Orlando South... Here is a picture of my view from the east side... Notice the lovely scenery and lack of retention pond. I was so moved. And here is front of the retention pond... Here housed a generator that clanged and banged all night and all day long, except when the little repair man was fixing it. It then resumed its clanging and banging.

  4. You should be ok, they are really bad right around the time you are leaving. Like Bob's boss, I am refusing to go during the May and June months again. My reservation for July 4th will not start until the 27th just because of those blood suckers. (yes, they suck your blood) I remember Angie smashing a bunch of them last year on the side of her camper and wiping blood off with the guts. My son and I still have white scars on our legs from those things from last year. The water has nothing to do with them. The horses do. They are attracted to MAMMALS! So, the 1900 loop is out, along with

  8. You mean to tell me that the person in front of your campsite didn't have trouble with air leaking from his tires?:rofl2:
  9. I love  the 1600 and 1700 loops. Most of them are easy to get in and out of. I am more of a fan of the 1700 because they are bigger. The inside section of the 1700 to me is the best. Stay away from the 1900 at all costs. If you see old Lar in 1600 run away. :rofl2:
  10. Does doing it with the golf cart count??? With Donnie, this counts with any vehicle he drives. :-[
  11. 1600 or 1700 for me If Lar is in 1600, definitely not 1600.

  17. He asked holiday Lorna not holidaze like the daze you're always in. Am I going to lose respect for being snarky? Amen Sister, Amen! Donnie: Can I borrow (insert you name it here...) I should click on the down arrow for you being snarky!!! But if I am always in a daze how come I always (and Jen) bring all your supplies for camping?:rofl2:

  19. I think we just found a new way to identify fellow fiends from a distance: 1. Buy big, purple underwear 2. Put a clothesline on your site 3. Hang underwear purchased in step 1 on clothesline set up in step 2  :rofl2: That has been my MO Mine as well, followed by a flock of fiendmingos
