While i think it's ridiculous that the "magical age" is 3. It is their business to use whatever business model they like and my decision to pay or not. I could have likely gotten away with that particular move on a few of our trips, but I agree that stealing is stealing. FP+ workarounds are fairgame once admission is paid though. :)

Additionally, I have APs connected and the MyDisneyExperience is letting me make fast passes for next week even though I dont have a trip planned until january.

I believe you can make FP+ ressies for a seven day period once your APs are connected to your MyDisneyExperience account. And yes.....FP+ /MyTragic+ sucks compared to the old way of doing things, but then I am just an old curmudgeon set in my ways.............that actually work properly.
