Finally caught up! We love the Boardwalk and it has never been too busy when we have been there during the winter months. It's a fun place to just stroll around and get drinks, snacks, etc. We have had Ohana breakfast but never dinner. That needs to be rectified sometime. The pics of Z watching the glass blower were awesome. I like when the kids show interest in things other than the major attractions. Anna getting American fries in Germany is awesome! I wish Dave would cone back from his hiatus and give us a trip report!

You had a great view! Love the real mountains in the distance. Being able to see the fireworks and WOC from the lounge area is pretty sweet too.

Elements from the sequel are to be included in the land. Therefore, all of you Avatar fans can see sequel spoilers by going to AK before the movie releases. Hurray.

So I was listening to a podcast today, mostly as background noise and my ears perked up when they got around to talking about the BAH. Here is the rumor, The BAH would have shown up in the sight-lines above the top of the new Star Wars Land, so it needed to come down. According to the same rumor, Echo Lake will meet the wrecking ball within 4-8 weeks. The lake will be drained and filled in, while Min and Bill's and Dinosaur Gertie's will meet their demise. These legos have arrived. FYI The space on our Target's shelf for Elsa's ice palace was empty....surprise, surprise. The Aurora and Jasmine ones were there but no Frozen.

You are all welcome. I took a look at all the pics from our 2003 trip. Amazing how different things can be in only 11 years. Also, amazing how some things have not changed a bit.

This project sucks. Of all things, this is what they decide to spend $ on in the parks? I can think of 50 other things that needed fixing or replacing before I would give a rat's arse about more space for tour groups to squeeze in at the last second to ruin my spot for the MSEP or Wishes.

Because of what I did for a living, seeing that flag was truly bittersweet. I think you can tell by the look on my face that there was no joy in mudville.

Can't wait to see all the walls and construction! Not. If it was to actually build something new, I would be ecstatic, but alas.

Lookie what I found:

It was there in 2002 when my wife and I were there. I have looked on every trip since and I have never been able to locate it. I think it was a temporary display piece and it was hanging just outside the doors of the area where they have the temporary exhibits, which I believe is all the way to the right when you enter. I have a picture of me standing next to that flag somewhere.
