We are planning on staying at the fort & not hitting the parks on 10/29 & 10/30. We are planning on taking our 5yr old & 3yr old to the mummy wrap already. What else would you recommend?

Since the title of the thread changed I have deleted my wise ass comment. It will be really nice to know of someone near the fort. When will we get the details?

I would definetly pick October over May. When we went in may I got really hot for a few days. In October the weather seems to stay lower and more comfortable. The kicker for me is May is so much closer so I'd probably go with may in that situation. Sorry I'm no help.

This wasn't by any chance during Halloween weekend was it? If so I assume you are speaking of the tenters right at the end of the loop. They had I think 4 tents & a daycare full of kids. I remember them quite well because they liked cutting through my site (201). These people were loud as hell until around midnight & didn't care at all. Twice I had my phone in hand to complain but they quoted down just before dialing. I won't soon forget the bastards. :argh: :argh: What site were you in?

As usual TCD is on top of everything Disney.

We never hit a rope drop. Neither one of us likes mornings so we don't usually spring out of bed. We are those people that no matter how hard we try to be early. We still end up late. Last year we arrived a couple times right after rope drop and did accomplish alot. This year will be interesting because we have family going & they only go commando. That will be coming up in a future thread.

I am very extremely jealous. That is all I can say right now.

That's nuckin futs!!! I couldn't even go if I lived next door & didn't have to pay for gas.

Hell with slowing down I'll just hold my cup. :rofl2: I don't like them being there but hopefully it will slow many of the nuts down. I came very close a couple times last year to yelling at people slow down as they flew past me & the kids while walking. Some idiots have no sense.

I just booked our golf cart thru Kenny for Halloween $350 for 10 days. :banana: :banana: Kenny is just great to deal with.

What a waste of tax payer money.

Hit those fast enough & you can forget keeping drinks in the gc cup holders.
