I am not sure what it looks like, we passed it last night going to Bradendon Beach. I will go down and look at it this weekend if you want me to. There is also an Encore not to far from there and I don't think it's 55 and over. I would say it is about 20 min away from me

Try Palmetto, it is the other side of the Bridge, but should only be 1/2 hour away there are a few that I think are OK there

I have stayed at the KOA, it is a nice CG, you go thru industrial park to get there. I am not sure of their pricing thou. I don't know that area well enough to recommend anything else. Sorry but if you stay, you know I will do my best to come see you

Wow you and your Wife are super talented. I love the yard, but LOVE the RV can't wait to see the rest. Love the valences, that is some really great work as well.

Jason, also make sure the seating is comfortable. We have had some motorhomes that the seats were not deep and we were not comfortable on them. Also if you choose to go with the dinette make sure those are comfortable as well. I wanted the dinette because of the storage and bed, but as far as seating goes it isn't very comfortable especially for Rich the table isn't far enough from the seat for him to sit there any length of time.

Love your TR, it was great meeting you. I have stayed next to that camper almost every New Year's. I don't mind it other then one year when we couldn't charge our cart, but we figured it out. Carol said she didn't mind it either, she could see the lights from her window I think. I know what you mean about a pizza snob from New York, I am one as well and find it hard to like to many pizza places down here. Bob took us (a few times) to a good one but I am not sure how we got there I think it's on 535 or whatever that road is and it is by a publix. But we found one that we used to go to years ago

Deb depending and when you are going to be there, Rich has 2 and might be able to loan you one of them. Make sure if you reserve one that it can be cancelled, because if the one he has loaned out is back and running, I see no problem with your Dad borrowing it.

you can try Lake Louise on 27, the problem with the State Parks, not only is it a long weekend here, the snow birds are down and the st. parks tend to get filled up months and months before. You can try the Crystal River area the Encore site the nice, sometimes a little crazy, but I think in the winter it is pretty calm. Also in Homossossa there is a cg called Nature's way on Halls River Rd. Also Rock Crusher, I think that is in Crystal River. You can always stay at Lazy Days in Seffner.

what about koa in st. pete. also in Tampa is the campground at Lazy Day's Hillsbrough State Park depending how big a camper Fort Desoto also a state park but sites are tight
