  1. If Lou read Trip Reports, I am certain he would chime in with which Fort Fiend code was being violated due to lack of above mentioned dog pictures.
  2. I have a friend on Facebook who was just recently diagnosed with Lyme disease. She went through years of being misdiagnosed and given medications that she did not need. Now she is waiting for approval from a university hospital to get treatment. She posted tonight about being diligent in checking for ticks on our pets and loved ones. We don't have any pets and to be honest I never really thoroughly checked my children when we have been out hiking and camping, but plan to start doing it. I guess it was always one of those oh it could never happen to me things. I have made a conscious decision n
  3. I made this tonight. It says bake for 13-15 minutes, but when baked the brownies for 13 minutes that was too long.
  4. I don't mind Spectro Magic. It is just that MSEP brings back nostalgic memories. It is the one I saw when my grandparents took us to Disney for the first time. I was just hoping to be able to share that with all three of my kids. DS did see it when he was 4, but the girls haven't.
  5. I guess the "It's all Dave's fault." can be applied to various Dave's across the board.
  6. Apparently Curt tends to forget things so, he needs multiple reminders. :rofl2:
  7. Thanks for sharing. Glad you had a good time. Any chance you have any pictures to share?
  8. It is probably referring to the Guaranteed rates that are sometimes offered. If you do that you have no choice in your room except for the category. I have not seen too many of these offers for the Fantasy. So personally I think you would be taking a huge chance.
  9. They do, but some cookies/bars I make require those and some the old fashioned oats. So, I try to keep both on hand.
  10. Aaron, do you use the old fashioned oats or the quick oats for the granola bars?
  11. My children thank you for sharing these recipes. My waistline not so much. :rofl3:
  12. I'll pass. Can't stand the taste of peanut butter cups. Of course knowing me at some point I will end up making these for my kids.
  13. That sure would beat the turkey and ham sandwiches I normally force my kids to eat when we are traveling.
  14. I do agree that in state tuition would be cheaper, but he has his heart set on UNL. I tried to find out if we can get any sort of break since we do pay some income tax to Nebraska. Surprisingly we would, but the amount we pay is so small and it would only be a percentage of that. So, he will definitely be doing some scholarship research as well as college searching. I am also trying to get him to consider trying to get an ROTC scholarship no matter where he ends up going. When he was younger he wanted to do that, but now as the time is drawing near he is not so sure. I will have to show
  15. I've been reading along, but haven't had a chance to comment yet. Like everyone has already said before love how your GAG changed into a HDDR. I see you have your children travel trained too.
  16. I could deal with the smaller cookies. But getting rid of the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. That is a sin (well at least it should be)!
  17. This idea would need to be during a separate week from the pinning the seashells on Ariel. I'm thinking not only would DH agree to go back for a visit, but he would probably also agree to purchase annual passes.
  18. Congratulations to all your girls! I am still trying to convince DS he needs to look at other options for college. He wants to go to Nebraska and I am fine with that. But, also know how difficult it is to get into school these days and want him to be open to other possibilities.
