Does this mean you are now going to do parks this trip? If so, did you know the Student Seminar date is October 8th? I am planning to take my girls to that and get our tickets through that program.

We are Marriott Rewards members too. We always get information about their resorts, but have never looked into it. I think I may need to change that.

Hey if you do, can I toss my 13 year old into the group?

I have only made three dining reservations for our October trip. One is for 50's Prime. Rachel is a huge television fan and especially loves the old classic shows. So I made that one because I thought she would enjoy it. Jessica wants to see the princesses oh how I love that my 13 year old still wants to visit the princesses and other characters. So I have a lunch reservation at Akershaus. Our last reservation is breakfast at Tusker House because so many have said how great it is. I figured these three reservations were a good compromise between my obsessive planning and DH's non planning pers

Ok Fiends near me I need some idea for places within a 2 hour or so distance from me (Harvest, AL). Steve says he wants to take the camper out more, but doesn't want to go much further than that.

Please do not tell Steve about the Dead Mouse Society. I finally have him convinced to go back to the Mouse. It has been five years since our last trip.

Haagen-Daaz! Oh how I miss going to that ice cream shop. When I lived in Maryland, my coworkers and I use to walk over to the Columbia Mall for a break and get a nice cream cone occasionally.

Matthew's Boundless Playground is named in memory of another friend's son. He had the same tumor as my other friend's son. Both boys were on their Wish Trips at the same time.

I also like my steaks and burgers well done. I have gotten to where I can eat them medium well, but anything less than that literally causes a gag reflex.

My friend's son had his Make A Wish trip to Disney World. Like Carol said it is its own FP. In fact my friend was gently scolded for having her son stand in line to meet a character. The family will most likely be staying at Give Kids the World which is a wonderful place. They treat not only the Wish child, but also the families with the upmost respect and care. The same friend went to clear her dishes from the table after a meal and before she could a volunteer was there to take care of it for her.

Rick Springfield will be there on October 12th & 13th. We leave on the 11th. Surely Steve could travel back home alone with the girls.
