I just thought I would come back in here and tell you about our experience. Steve's cousin passed away and he lived in Oregon so we had to get a flight from Huntsville, AL to Portland, OR. I checked the larger airports of Nashville, Birmingham and Atlanta, but by the time you figured in driving there and back flying out of Huntsville was going to be the best option. Unfortunately round trip tickets were showing as being over $1,000. Yikes! Then I started looking around the internet for last minute fares. Travelocity had one for about $476 round trip. The tickets I purchased through the Disney Student Seminars shows that we will be able to go to both waterparks and Disney Quest.

School systems in North Alabama have a week long break in October (10/5-10/9).

Oh and sadly this is not for a flight to Disney, but instead trying to see if it is possible for DH to get to his cousin's funeral on Friday.

Has anyone used Hotwire and specifically their "Hot Rates" to book a last minute flight? If so could you please share your experience. Were the flights at reasonable times (both departure and arrival). We know that no changes can be made and nothing is known until you pay for the flights. What about Expedia or Travelocity?

Counting my blessings that we did not buy any of these vehicles when eyeing them on Autotrader.

The Little Mermaid is my favorite non classic Disney Princess movie. Sleeping Beauty being my favorite classic one. The Lion King however I feel reached a larger audience. Oh and the music...love the music.

WWW 2014 I did not have any park tickets. It allowed me the time to explore other resorts. I would definetly do a no park trip again. Not every trip, but I think sometimes it is nice to just enjoy the time with your family at Disney and not worry about getting to a park to ride something or see something.

Hold up. You giggled? TCD might have you turn in your Man Card for that.

You aren't really going to leave us to our own devices until Monday are you? I mean I am certain there are more pictures of your set up out there that we could find to keep us occupied.
