I did look up where the Tower was when we got back to the room. Steve said it is on the side of town he has never been to before. Definitely something to add to our plans for our next trip. The next day was a laid back relaxing day. We decided to go to North Platte. I told Steve about the train yard that Nicki had mentioned, but he said he didn't know where it was. I probably should have looked that up before we left. First we stopped and saw these. No one but me seemed to want to hang out here and take pictures so we headed off to Fort Cody. Really I could have skipped this part of the trip. I enjoyed it when the kids were younger because they just loved to look around at the cheesy items in the store. It was now the evening of July 4th. We were going back over to Steve's brother's house for dinner. But first we were going to stop by the park for the BBQ. I am in too! You arrived on hubby and my anniversary. We didn't do anything that day. Of course I was in Maryland and he was in Alabama at the time.

We linked our CC to the KTTW card and used that to pay for everything we bought at the park. We only linked dh's and mine though.
