Yep! that would explain it! I just checked the school calendar...no school on 2/18. If it wasn't such a jump in the rates, I'd have try and talk Alex into staying until Sunday! :banana: **Besides celebrating birthdays...anything special going on that we need to be aware of? Mardi Gras parties or anything?

I would be a perfect opportunity to meet some Fiends face-2-face. Especially since Friday is our check out day but we don't have anywhere to be until Monday. :thumbsup3:

Rita - what a nice little "getaway". That margarita was almost as BIG as your Momma! She reminds me of my Na-na, small but fiesty! lol :heart: The suite was very nice, its close you say? Definitely an option instead of an WDW hotel. Although Alex and I are of the mind-set that if we can't stay at FW, we're not going at all! LOL

Long story, short...life has gotten in the way and we're having to push our trip back to February. :'( So what in the world is going on in the World in February? Crowd predictions are 5s across the board, rates jump up on Valentines day. Ugh! :banghead: Will we still have a nice week at the Fort of we decide to forgo the parks altogether? On that token...ideas for fun things to do with the Princess and the small Superhero outside of the Parks? :batman:

What about hurricanes? :walk-plank-smiley: Alex & I have been debating a trip for our 10 year anniversary (10/3/14)...either a somewhat nice trip for just us or an awesome trip for all 4 of us. And last night he suggested a Disney Cruise! (yes i think talking about all the awesome TRs has worked!) We want to do a whole week, so it would either be an Eastern Caribbean or Western Caribbean on the Fantasy! But I got thinking about the timing...would you cruise in October?

Great TR so far Misty! The autotrain looks so cool! We're only about 14 hours to WDW so I don't know that it would be worth it but what a great experience! :waycool:

Awww! I'm all a mushy now...I need to do more things with the kids individually...*sigh* they grow up so fast! :heart:

It IS a baby carrier...looks to be an Ergo. Those things are LIFESAVERS when you have a little one, no matter where you are!! :bellringer: I still wear my little guy on my back when he allows it! :heart: Lovin the TR also!!

Aww! He's so cute!! Cindy - your girls are adorable! I'm really enjoying your report. We did a YES class in January for Gracie (6) and my neice Taylor (11) at Epcot. It was Synergy in Science. They both really enjoyed it, however, my husband (the chaparone) enjoyed it more! But for the discounts it can't be beat! :thumbsup2:

First trip was January 2012! We have only been camping since Zach was a baby so it didn't take much to talk Alex (Alerope) into camping at Disney instead of squishing into a motel room. We fell in love with the Fort. Unfortunately, no other place we camp measures up. We're coming back MLK week 2013. Parks or no parks, we're headed to the Fort! :mh1:

We did the YES program in January for my DD6 and my DN11. I am hoping to be able to snag a class that both Gracie and Zach can particpate in for January 2013. I'm basically stalking the website now! :hah: If my memory serves me correctly I bought tickets last year around the end of September for our classes.
