  1. Hit TT track first at Rope Drop. Max an hour. FP+ for Soarin for whenever. FP+ for Spaceship Earth and Mission Space for whenever. Hit C Spot if you want. And by noon, you are sloshed in Germany wishing you could lay down and sleep off the schnitzel. Easy.
  2. The next one is a behind the scenes tour of Animal Kingdom.
  3. How do you figure? The most I can see a standby being during Christmas is 2 hours for the headliners. And that's drastic. So you have a FP for Soarin you wait 10 mins max. Then standby for TT for 2 hours. You still have 9 hours to enjoy the rest of the park. Plus you have 2 other FPs you can use for the other minor attractions you want to do. With the way things are going, Disney is trying to get a good feel for how the system will truly operate. This is why they are not issuing KTTW cards for this same period. They know people are still getting regular FPs ontop of the FP+ selections so the
  4. Lets look at this scenario. There are 40000 guests in the park. 20000 have MBs and made their 3 selections and all 20000 chose both Soarin and TT as their selections. That's 20000 FPs gone for both attractions. Now, under the new rules, That same 20000 must choose one or the other. So, 10000 choose TT and 10000 choose Saorin. That leaves 10000 FPs for each attraction for day guests or last minute guests. So, the system will work better for those who are spur of the moment. Its similar to the old tiered attraction ticketing system. You get one E ticket attraction and 2 A ticket attractions.
  5. You left out the part where you pay $850 plus tuition for the class. If I have to pay for a cruise, Im going to enjoy it, not work my butt off.
  6. The haunted mansion people were actually part of a group that dressed as the pictures from there. The tight rope girl had an alligator and everything. They were very well done.
  7. Depends on where you are talking about. Ms White used to meet at the tree just outside the Town Square Theater. She then moved to the area between City Hall and Chamber of Commerce. Then to Fairytale Hall. Now, during parties, Jack and Sally meet between City Hall and Chamber of Commerce, Lotso meets by the tree, and Jafar meets by the store exit in the TST. During normal days, Pluto and Marie meet by the flag pole, Marry Poppins meets by the tree, and that is it.
  8. She no longer meets there. She was moved to another location in the park. She now meets with her friend Rapunzel in Fairytale hall. So, it no longer SMBs there.
  9. Ok, since I have been in the 400 for sometime and am always out after dark, I will comment. I have not seen these "blue lights" you speak of. I will make a point tonight to look for them and report back in the morning, or afternoon, whenever I get up. 3 am is kind of late to be getting home. The laser lights are something allot of people are using now. Its a light that reflects a laser around the area and makes it appear like stars or shapes. http://youtu.be/bgVby2dNUrU These seem to be real popular this year. I tried to photograph some, but its hard to get good photos of the results.
  10. We flew united. It was the cheapest flight for us.
  11. California has campgrounds too. There are even really nice ones just outside the gates of Disneyland.
  12. Airline tickets you will need to ensure are refundable. The hotel should be easy to "resell" if you don't go. Maybe even make a slight profit off it. But I agree, book now if you even think you will be going. Be prepared to pay too. California is expensive to begin with, much less right outside a major sporting event.
  13. A note on the KTTW card and door locks not having a card slot, The KTTW cards have an RF chip and will work to open your door by just holding the card to the Mickey logo. The new keys and tickets all have RF chips and will function just like a MB.
  14. That's good because in the near future, there wont be any KTTW cards to look at. The MBs will be your KTTW card. But not every one with a MB is a resort guest. So just looking for bands isn't enough. This will cut down on those who carry old cards and work the system too.
  15. For anyone not familiar with Body Wars http://youtu.be/F5dfNEy-hMI
  16. Service Animals Trained service animals are welcome in most locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and must keep them on a leash or harness while at the Walt Disney World Resort. Cast Members are not permitted to take control of service animals. Guests with service animals should follow the same attraction entrance guidelines as Guests who use wheelchairs. Due to the nature of some attractions, service animals may not be permitted to ride. At these locations, please ask a Cast Member about available
  17. The non enforced return time was not the best system. It was the system that worked best for you. But not enforcing the return times defeated the whole purpose of the system, to control crowd flow. Imagine everyone who got a FP at 9 am decided to wait till 7 pm to cash those in. Now, you no longer have a FP line, you have another hour wait in a second line. The system evenly distributes the return times to help queue flow and keep your wait to a minimum. And my biggest fear is the AP holders. They can make FP+ selections for everyday on the off chance they decide to pop into the park. If the
  18. In order to make FP+ selections, you need valid park media (entry/tickets) linked to your account. Once the park media is linked, you can make FP+ selections. When you link the park media, you assign it to a member of the family. Once assigned, the MB is now the park media and you no longer need paper ticket. So as long as you keep track of who has what MB, you are set. You do not assign to a specific MB, just a person. For the MBs, you will want to keep track of which MB is assigned to which reservation. During testing it matters, in the long run when fully rolled out, it wont matter. So
  19. Now, why is that box there? Doesn't seem Disney like to miss something obvious like that. It has to be there for a reason.
  20. That's why you posted before me. I took too much time explaining it.
  21. KUATDRIVE SHIPYARDS Of course the box is upside down. The symbol is under the words, rather than the top. Man, did I just show my geekiness? Kuat Drive Yards, or KDY, was the largest military shipbuilding corporation in the galaxy at the time of the Galactic Civil War, based on Kuat. Kuat Drive Yards mainly sold its products to the Galactic Empire, and the Galactic Republic previously. Many Kuat products could be found in TIE Fighters, armored fighting vehicles such as AT-STs and AT-ATs, Star Destroyers, and other military vehicles. Kuat Drive Yards did not sell only to the Imperials, ho
