2007 Saturn Ion - wheels down

I've done shares with other groups and it works very well. We have had as many as 10 families in the group and you end up getting all of your pics for less than $20.00 It's a bit of work for the coordinator but 100% painless for everyone else.

There are three campgrounds in a row on Music Valley Drive in Nashville. They are 1) the KOA 2) Two Rivers and 3) Jellystone Park. We have stayed at all three and our preference is Jellystone Park. Clean, quiet and nice people! We recommend it!

We have done that several times, used the Disney cable modem and attached a wireless router we brought from home. It works well.

Correction Hans - I hate to be a stickler . . . but the folks from Maine will tailgate you at 80 mph. Les personnes de Quebec will tailgate you at 80 mph and flash their headlights at you! Lou, that was probably me you saw with the map!

Yup, use the hole saw but go slow, don't force it. It both cuts and melts its way through. A light brush with sandpaper or a file ensures that you get a nice tight joint when you glue them together.

We visit the Fort at least twice a year and stay for about 2 weeks each time. We have had annual passes since we retired. We go to a park most, but not all days. A normal day sees us head to the park just after rope-drop and stay until noon. We normally spend the afternoon at the Fort and then often head back to a park for a few hours in the evening. Life is good when you are retired and can tell time with a calendar rather than a clock!

We come down I-95 for the last leg of our trip and we usually stop at North Beach Camp Resort at St. Augustine. The campground is about 2 miles north of the city centre and the historic district. It fronts on the Atlantic with a nice beach and it extends back to the Intracoastal Waterway where you can launch your boat. There's plenty to do in St. Augustine with all the services you need, including a Disney Character outlet and a Camping World. From there its a two-hour hop to the Fort.

Hi TCD, (It's Gary) Carol and I have visited that field several times to support a friend, and cancer survivor, who participates in an annual fund-raising walk at the track. We peeked through the fence at the house but didn't take a picture. It's the site of the "Relay For Life of Lake Buena Vista" which raises money for the American Cancer Society. The annual fund-raiser is very well supported by Disney Cast Members and many Disney departments. You can find details here: http://main.acsevent...try&fr_id=37480

Interesting point about that Fire Station. When Disney bought the land for Walt Disney World in the 1960's there was one hold-out - just one person who did not sell to Disney. And they still live there. One little house in the middle of Walt Disney World. Where is it? Why it's directly beside that Fire Station. Behind the station is a parking lot and an athletic field beside the building, right behind that fire-hose fountain. Walk across the athletic field and peek through the trees on the far side. There's the house! Sounds like a mission for Yuri to me! Can he get some pictures?
