Finally a Halloween Trip Report.

I will be going on the Fantasy at the end of November(right after Thanksgiving) and will be hoping for no hurricanes. The last cruise I went on we had port changes and everything worked out.

Awesome! Great theming and looked all had a great time.

MetalDad - I also do St. Baldricks. This will be my fourth year coming up. Last year a group of swimmers I coach came and watched me. They somehow convinced me to leave it in a mohawk. I kept the mohawk for about a week, then it finally had to go. I started doing it after one of the swimmers I coached passed away from Cancer. I think the least I can do to help is to get my head shaved. Also, no need to turn in your man card. Supporting your sister and all of the others that are out there running earns you plenty of points. Best wishes to your sister and to all others.

DVC - I am member, but I agree that a DVC at Fort Wilderness is bad. I Love my DVC, I have easily gotten my money back and have been able to take friends with me.

I am taking the Western Fantasy. Itinerary Port Canaveral Sea Day Grand Cayman Costa Maya Cozumel Sea Day Castaway Cay - Friends and I are getting a Cabana Port Canaveral DD will be 3 and is potty trained, hopefully we will be able to get some time to go to the Adult areas of the ship.

Not just the AP, but the PAP. Definitely thinking of doing the same. You can not buy the tickets till October 1st and must buy them by the end of the year. However, you are correct on being able to wait to use them. I wish they would give us discounts on the Premier Passport (Both Disneyland and WDW). I have a conference in April in Anaheim and have enough trips that I could use it, but with the PAP so discounted, I will jst buy DL tickets.

Although the layout for Disneyland is about the same as the Magic Kingdom, the space is much smaller. What takes 10 minutes in the Magic Kingdom to walk to, will take less than half that at Disneyland.

That is very true and I would have to go with the guy that truly is an insider. I agree with TCD and others, I hope they keep up with tradition. If you need a drink that bad, then take the monorail or a boat and get one at one of the hotels.

If I am not mistaken, they use the mountain to send Tinkerbell off during the fireworks. Why so many wires, I do not know.

Gaston's Tavern will NOT be a real tavern. They will be sticking with Walt's original plan of the Magic Kingdom having no alcohol.

I though London did do a great job, however, NBC, not so much. I know a lot of people like the touchy feely stories of the athletes, but when we are not watching this stuff LIVE, show us the athletes doing what they were there for. Show us some of the prelim heats of the US Athletes, not just the stars. Also, how could they leave out showing the WHO from the closing ceremonies, especially when they kept saying they will be on. As for the RFID, how are they going to be able to handle this. Will ALL tickets be RFID? jon

My converter went bad in my new RV. Luckily it was replaced under warranty, then when we got that back, something else was wrong with my fridge, so it could not be used in electric. So I had the RV back in for work the next Monday. Once again fixed under warranty, but what a pain. Glad you were able to figure out what it was and that you were able to charge the battery through the 7-pin.

What is the name of this campground? I see it is on Kerr Lake. It looks awesome.
