We're going there for our anniversary. So, what's in the area to do? -
I know about the Fish and Chips in the UK, it's a must every Disney trip!

Okay, we've done Akerhaus, Biergarten, Ohana's (breakfast), 1400 Parkfare (breakfast), Hollywood and Vine, Maya Grill, and Chef Mickey's on our past trips. This year it will be mine and my son's birthday the day after we arrive. Where should we go for dinner as a family? We both love seafood and steak. Also my girlfriend and I are meeting up in DTD to go to dinner to celebrate our birthdays, hers is the day before ours. Where should we go? AND (lol) what dining hidden gems have we missed that we need to try? Thanks a bunch!!!

Chiropractic Care
~Kristina~ replied to liv luvs disney's topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
I love chiropractic care. It's helps me so much when my hip goes out, or my neck, and to get rid of my migraines. When I was pregnant, both my last 2 boys were breech at 35 weeks, while chiropractic care (using the Webster technique), we were able to adjust my pelvis enough to give him enough room to flip head down. Highly reccommend using a chiropractor. -

A Camping Pet Question
~Kristina~ replied to ~Kristina~'s topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
Well, I picked up our puppy yesterday. She did really well in the car for 4 hours (Cherie, we drove to Charlevoix and thought of your when we past your exit :wiz: ), when we got home she peed outside, brought her back in and she pooped in the living room. I tried to get her outside, but was too late. This morning we woke up to pee and poop on the kitchen floor. But my cousin would let her Mom and the pups out around 5am and it was 6:30 when I woke up, so that's too be expected for now. She did pee in the living room when she met all of our kids, but I'm sure she was overwhelmed. She's do -
A Camping Pet Question

I've gone the adoption route in the past and it really bit me in butt. The dog was 7 years old and got into the garbage every time she was left alone or at night, she peed all over the carpet and on our children's beds. We had to rehome her. :rollercoaster: -
A Camping Pet Question

Due to cost, we could only have one dog, though I'd love 2. We have a girl chocolate lab on hold for us, but I need to get final approval from dh. -

A Camping Pet Question
~Kristina~ replied to ~Kristina~'s topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
I don't know if I could take my dh into 2 dogs. My cousin breeds them, so I could get 2, but my dh is not a dog guy. -
So I'm considering getting a Lab puppy. But dh is bringing up some good points. What are we going to do with puppy while camping? Can't leave puppy in the camper while we go to the beach or pool, can't do touristy stuff without the puppy because we can't leave it in the camper. How do you guys to do it? All of this would probably be easier with a lap dog since it's easier to take a 5-15lbs dog anywhere, but not so much with a 50-65lbs dog.

Please dont laugh at my question
~Kristina~ replied to Just Whipperwhirl's topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
I asked the same question! LOL I put it under travel trailer since most state parks don't have "hybrid" as an option and used the length that's is listed for when it's opened up. -

Yeah, we won't stay over there. We just get water/electric sites and we'll use the dump station for the black tank. -
We go here every 4th of July. www.campmackinaw.com The view from our site, we stay on the beach side with the Island view. The sites are a decent size, but they do pack in the full hookups (water, sewer, electric). There's bridge view for those in the full hookup sites. Mackinac Bridge Mackinac Island If you watch Dirty Jobs, Mike Rowe changed a light bulb on the top of one the towers. The campground has cabins, outdoor heated pool, arcade, miniture golf, camp store, bike trails, and a bus to the Star Line ferry docks to the island. Full hookup is 1-9.
