Ready to read more.. -
From Yahoo/USA Today: A new era for Panama Canal cruises kicked off over the weekend as a passenger vessel transited the waterway's new, bigger locks for the first time. Disney Cruise Line's 83,308-ton Disney Wonder passed through the 10-month-old locks on Saturday as part of a 14-night voyage from Port Canaveral, Fla. to San Diego. They also are oblivious to the safety issues, especially with the drought. One little fire and alot of cars, trucks and rv's are goners, no way to stop it. -

They are 4x4. We used to stock up at "Ollie's Bargain Outlet", 52" square and hold them down with duct tape. -
First timer need help
Grumpy and Grandma replied to rccurlee's topic in Fort Wilderness Loops Information
Your best bet would be to book full hook-ups, 1600-1700, much closer to the pool than preferred. As to getting sites together have your reservations linked and also fax in a loop/site request 5 days before arrival with both reservation numbers on it. Driving to the parks is not an issue since you get free parking. However going to the MK just take the boat from the Marina. -
The two I had Thursday were wonderful. Also, tables still on the MAGIC, actually 2 on our customary "little" verandah.

First timers from NH
Grumpy and Grandma replied to NHcampers's topic in Fort Wilderness Loops Information
As FWG said, perfect week to go. If you used a travel agent for your reservations have them link the two together. If you made the reservation yourselves, call back and have them linked and also have note added that you want to be together. Also five days before you arrive fax a request in also with both reservation numbers attached Fax #: 407-824-3508 Here is the standard form many use to fax a request to the Fort... -

Your site might be vacant and ready, but yes you can go to the overflow if not. -
Lake Magic is $70 a night for a gravel site and you pay for internet.

On numerous occasions FIENDS have congregated together to pass out candy and enjoy the commaraderie. Maybe even enjoy a few adult beverages. :) -
How much candy at Halloween?
Grumpy and Grandma replied to Roberta's topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
Much depends on what loop you're in. One year we went through almost 800 pieces. -
Day visitors allowed?
Grumpy and Grandma replied to SunBum's topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
The advantage of doing that is they would get their own Magic Bands to use for the gate, thus avoiding the Guard Shack every time they came over. -

Does it have tent ends? If so they are in the tent loops all the time.
