  1. Exactly, but when prices go up the crowds get bigger instead of smaller. Just like Field of Dreams, "Build it and they will come".
  2. You hear/see that on other forums as well, They are the preferred loops because of the proximity to the pool etc.
  3. Or a few people standing on the corner....Hope you have many enjoyable trips.

  5. Every year varies... Last two years we didn't see any before we left in May. This year ta few were flying around mid April.
  6. Except getting drivers which is probably all they care about.... There is a massive driver shortage in the industry.
  7. Go take the test independently. Swift is probably like WDW they self test,. Lou was even unhappy about many of their drivers. I've been cut off many times by a WDW bus too. YEP, just as I thought, they SELF train. Become a Driver Swift provides truck driving jobs with CDL training. Join the Swift ...
  8. It's not the driving it's the parking and backing. Unless they removed the obstacle course for the test, which I doubt, it's not that easy. How many people get 100 on a regular driving test then basically ignore all the rules once they hit the road?
  9. Definitely because too many people drive RV's when they can't even drive/park a car properly. I can be critical I had a CDL until I retired.
  10. Here's the quote from Touring Plans: Len Testa, president of the travel website TouringPlans.com, has a reservation for the first group allowed to enter Galaxy’s Edge on Friday at 8 a.m. Disneyland has advised these people that they can enter the park as early as 6 a.m. But there’s a catch: The line to enter the park will start forming even earlier in the day. “I’m guessing that the line for wristbands will start forming no later than 4 a.m., depending on where Disney allows people to queue up,” Testa said. “Every minute earlier you arrive represents maybe 40 to 50 fewer people
  11. As was mentioned we've had several units where the TP holder was in a drawer for a "Custom" install which I liked. Too many times it is placed in a very dumb spot by the guy building it, or he has a weird sense of humor.

  13. That, along with the fact that 90% of all RV tires are rated at 65 MPH... The new USA Goodyear Endurance is now rated at 80 MPH.
  14. Pretty close to the same at the Poly when it comes to the boat from the TT&TC to the MK.
  15. Wouldn't fit due to the DEF tank location, another GM screw up that year.
  16. Trucks are getting larger and for no reason. Up until 2015 Linda could get in and out of our Silverados with no issue. In 2015 we had to start carrying a folding stool for her to get in and out. Even the new Canyon/Colorado and Ranger are taller and wider, even though poorly designed. I had a first generation Canyon that I could get in and out of easily, looked at a 2018 and couldn't get in without hitting my head. Even the salesman complained about getting in. It's a shame that the Big 3 think everybody want's to drive a semi. I'm more comfortable in our new Traverse than what I was in the
  17. Most definitely, but if you still want to "fight the system" it is 499 from departure date not arrival.
  18. Congrats Mo and Happy Travels with the new rig. As to JAYCO and HIGHLAND RIDGE (formerly OPEN RANGE) they are still run as independent companies JAYCO owns STARCRAFT too and has since 1992 when STARCRAFT went bankrupt. Actually Lloyd (Jay) Bontrager started our as an Engineer at STARCRAFT before he and his wife started JAYCO. THOR primarily provided an infusion of operating capital. Wilbur Bontrager (son of the JAYCO founder) retired last year and a fellow from THOR did get hired as COO, but he just got released and Derald Bontrager took back full rein he is now ,COO, PRES and CEO. The f
  19. Once the Gas/Elec water heater's came out we only used gas to either get it hot quick when we first stopped or when on 20 amp service which we ran into in CANADA in 2004.
  20. But your parents grandparents probably said the same thing...😏
  21. Because "That inner city fence" is what blends in better.. "White picket and natural wood fences may be more common, but garden fences painted black can be surprisingly effective in the landscape. Dark fences act as a stunning backdrop for bright green foliage, provide understated privacy where needed and make garden borders disappear. Take a look at these examples of how a dark hue can transform a garden fence, and you may be inspired to get out your paintbrush."
