It sounds like the online system is a nightmare. I don't use the general public site, they have one just for CMs and it's great. Five minutes and I'm done. If I need to modify it, it's usually only a five minute wait. I thought both systems were handled by the same people, but maybe not.

That other one is actually the recreation schedule that Disney gives out when you check in. I kept all the text and omitted the Disney graphics.

Ahh, but our tiny little forum beat AllEars to the punch. We had that announcement weeks ago in the "Around the World and Beyond" thread.

To my knowledge there is no firm completion date. My official internal source is saying that most of the work will be completed in 2013. Attractions are scheduled to open in phases beginning in late 2012. You'll here rumors and guesses on other websites, but this is what I'm hearing.
