I'm looking forward to a couple of days of cooler weather. The AC has run everyday for what seems for ever. -
Wilderness Lodge Standard View Room Suggestions?
Lou... replied to CandJDisney..Chris/Jessie's topic in Resorts Board
As FOB said, her room had a great view of the fireworks, and as you can see by the red arrow and if I remember correctly, a great view of the loading dock. We stayed in a great room, blue arrow, that overlooked the beach and the lake. You couldn't see any of the resort and it felt like you were out in the middle of nowhere. How did I get such a great room you ask? I was a Front Office CM at the time. There are lots of great rooms and it comes down to what you prefer. -
That too.

Of course it is.....................for anyone who just happens to have decades in the USAF and has dealt with stuff like that. Never would have guessed that. What I did guess was "no overflying today again morons". I was close.

Who doesn't know what a NOTAM 9/4985 is, or my favorite, the NOTAM 3/2122.

Fixed it. Mickey head lights, I need to get those for my car. Are they street legal? Could the reason for this have nothing to do with the lights annoying other campers or the cost of the electricity? It might be that they just want to reduce the site seeing by Fort campers in GCs and by those walking around the loops after 10pm. It can get noisy and 10pm is quiet time.

That should be very interesting. A couple of weeks ago she walked on grass for the first time since I captured her. She was only about two weeks old then. She didn't know what to do. Her entire world since then has been in the house or the pool enclosure. -

One of these days you're gonna think, gee, I wish I could get into that Illuminations VIP viewing area so that I don't have to find a spot an hour before they start. And you'll also think, I shoulda been nice to ole Lou because he has the power to do that. -

Didn't see that. Is that at WDW or the Disney company? -

Luna gets her real home. My SIL, who is animal lover, just visited us for a couple of weeks. I knew that when they met, Luna would steal her heart, and she did. In a few weeks Gail will head to Maine to spend Thanksgiving with her family and so will Luna. I'll get to enjoy her for another month, and then I will miss her. If you've read how I ended up with her, you know that we've gone through a lot together, but it was my intention all along to find her a home. Although she's had a great home here, she'll have an even better home in Maine. She'll be the center of attention as she'll be the onl -

Timing is everything for that. Most people that want to be considered find out too late on how to go about having their name submitted. Nice things Susan, but they're things that the CM should do as part of their job. I'm going to have to take a slightly different view. To many CMs at WDW, it's a job, it's an income. They don't buy into the hype and the cool aid drinking. I have absolutely no problem with that. However I do expect them to do the job as it's expected to be done and from those CMs, a little bit of acting is required to pull it off, and that's ok. I bet he got as -

Ray posted what he feels is magical. Has any one else experienced what was a magical moment for them?
