I can second Meacham's RV. We have rented from them twice, both times in a hybrid and in the pop up loop. Golf carts, too. Andrew is awesome to work with!

So, when we were there our last trip, we had a wonderful experience with a CM. He really connected with our family. We took pictures with him, and we texted him a couple of them. As we were leaving, he said to let him know the next time we'd be in WDW and that he can get us free tickets to the parks. We are planning a trip back in November and would love to see him again, tickets or no tickets. However, my husband is worried that we could get him into trouble if he were to offer and give us tickets. Does anyone know what the policies are about this?

I'm planning a surprise trip for my son's 13th birthday in Nov. 2016. For this trip, we will fly down and stay at a resort. I'm pretty savvy about ressies for the campground, dining, and FP+, but not about resorts. When's the best time to reserve our room to get the best deal? TIA

We are currently redecorating our house to have a beachy, coastal living theme. It would be lots of fun to have a few hidden Mickey's in the mix! Which gift shops would be the best for finding beach decor? Would the beachy resorts have fun items or would I be better off at World of Disney?

What about a 2nd campground? Maybe over in the Animal Kingdom resorts area? It would be a completely different experience.

Hang on... If I want to be at rope drop/welcome show and the park opens at 7:00, will hopping a boat to the Comtemp at 6:45 and walking get me through bag check in time? I'm thinking we won't make it that way, or will that boat be magically earlier than 6:45? Won't the boat to MK (at 1/2 hour before park opening) be faster? Or won't that boat come 1/2 hour before EMH?

So, what happens when MK opens at 8, with EMH at 7? This will be the case for our upcoming trip. Should we drive to the Contemporary or chance the MK boat? My parents have never seen the welcome show and we'd like to get there in time for it.

Well, im truth, I am talking about NEXT year. Getting all my options and info ready a year in advance. I'm planning on making my dining reservations 180 days out. I'll check into the party, but that's not what we had in mind, though. You all have had some great tips here.

Since we probably won't do a park on NYE, we are thinking it might be worth it to make an 11pm reservation at the California Grill on NYE. Has anyone else done fireworks from the Grill? How are the park crowds on NY Day? As bad as NYE?
