  1. I guess I'm a chicken. I don't want to live in anything with "Haunted" in the name.
  2. We're camping at a premium site for Spring Break. One night, we have another family coming and staying with us to celebrate Zachary's birthday. We *could* all fit in our motorhome, but it would be tight. I was thinking my friend and I could sleep in a tent behind it, and let the men (3 adult and 3 kids) sleep in the RV. Is that allowed? Our site last year had grass behind it where a tent would fit. Is that common? Any other ideas I'm missing? We can't rent a pop-up because it's only 1 night, and a cabin is almost $500. I figure it would be fun for all the boys to be together and my friend and
  3. Bummer.... We arrive on the 30th. Maybe we can say hi before you leave.
  4. With 10:00 Wishes, should I make a 9:00 reservation?
  5. I didn't realize they came out for the games! We'll have to get there earlier next time.
  6. Yeah, that's what I'm worried about, but I can't find it anywhere. Last September, they lit at 7:30 though, so hopefully that's right.
  7. Is the fire lighting still at 7:30 tomorrow? Some of my friends are going, and I hope they fall in love with the Fort, so they'll camp with us next time.
  8. I stayed in the cabins as a kid in the 80's. Even though I eventually lived in central FL for much of my childhood and have stayed in MANY Disney resorts, that's the one resort I remember staying in as a child. After being back as an adult, I wish I could move there!
  9. This is on my list of places to go on our next trip! (but I'm going for the Tonga Toast)
  10. I'm considering this an offer, so you and the box are plan B. :jumpforjoy Great to know about that cake, and I can have it delivered to the Fort and even think they will deliver it to the Backyard BBQ. It's sad, but with everything going on that day, it's worth it to pay extra.
  11. I agree about Publix. I'm just not sure how I'd get it. The day is going to be CRAZY already.
  12. We will arrive at the Fort on my son's birthday. Since he'll be 4, birthday=cake. Our friends that we rarely get to see will be driving from south FL to join us, and we're all going to Mickey's Backyard BBQ that night. Our RV fridge isn't big (and Easter is the next day), so bringing a cake with us isn't an option. I also don't want to ask my friends to pick one up because they're driving pretty far to see us and preparing their Easter dinner in advance to give my son a special birthday with his buddy. So this is what I see as my options: 1) Pick up a cake the day we arrive. This isn't a very
  13. When we were at the beach this summer, it was a 50-80% chance of rain all week. It rained one day, all day. It was really ugly looking one other day, but no rain. Besides that, it was beautiful. They don't know.
  14. I put this on the other thread, but I actually like this. If I'm having a nice dinner, I want a glass of wine. These aren't get totally drunk prices or situations.
  15. I'll go against the grain and say I like the idea. It's supposed to be upscale French food, and that goes with wine. I don't go to Disney as much as a lot of you, but I don't see people falling down drunk when we go. In fact, I don't remember seeing anything obviously drunk. It's too expensive for that! LOL From what I read it's supposed to be featuring French wine and beer to go with the theme/food. I'm sure there will be domestic stuff as well though.
