  1. Maybe the alligator attack has resulted in empty hotel rooms, and they're trying to attract guests. Of course, they'd have to advertise it if that is their goal. It makes sense to do something like this because I'm sure most guests buy food and drinks.
  2. I have friends at Disney right now, and I am able to view and download their pictures. I have the platinum pass.
  3. How about pics and a blog post? https://letsplanwdw.com/2016/07/19/dining-review-jungle-navigation-co-ltd-skipper-canteen/
  4. That was a nice looking UGA shirt. Too bad you passed on it. I think the same thing about the rent at Disney Springs. We have a high end mall near us that has trouble keeping stores. It will be interesting to see how things go. I wondered if the Coke place would charge for samples. Do you pay for a cup and then get to try whatever?
  5. Good to know they're at least replacing some dining during refurbishment. Those burgers look good. It's a place I'd try for sure. My trip to Disney Springs was very disorienting. New mixed with old threw off my direction. But I'm a big fan of food and love the choices expanding. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. TCD, puddle jumpers are a new style life jacket... Someday you'll put that knowledge to good use. They're particularly awesome for kids like Z who can't "sink" the back of a traditional life jacket. Unlike me, he's only in the 10% for weight. He can swim so he doesn't need it, but in lakes I make him wear one, and on boats he legally has to. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Yep, I've only ever seen woods from the preferred sites. LOL! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I'm not a muppet person either. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I think they're allowed but the boy in that picture is actually wearing a puddle jumper. They are made of foam and a coast guard approved floatations device. There's also a foam part that goes across the chest. That's what we always used with Z, and he still wears one on our boat. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. This is a campground we've been interested in. They have good mountain biking trails too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. All this talk is making me want to drive Z down tomorrow for one more ride! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. My son loves the pony rides, and I love leading him, but I think he might be too tall on our next trip. It stinks because he's a string bean and only weighs about 45 lbs. We did a carriage ride for our anniversary last year. We brought a bottle of wine with us, and it was pretty romantic. Our guide had been working with horses at the Fort for a long time.... I can't remember but like 30 years. We really enjoyed the experience.
  13. I'm not a fan of the new layout either. It will give you options that conflict with what you already have too, then give you an error.
  14. 2 fireworks shows? I'm impressed sir! Maybe you need a press pass. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Welcome! I swear I caught one of those boats at 6:30 for a 7AM EMH. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I'm in late but in! I love the shirts as well. What did you think of the luau? It's something I haven't done since I was a kid. It looks like everyone was enjoying themselves.
  17. I've staying in a PUP in July, and the AC will freeze you out.
