What is a resort transfer fee? Can you google that particular timeshare and see what people are talking about? I've heard it's a really nice place.

Like TCD, I thought the runners were out before the park opens. They sure start early! And they claim to have cut times you have to make in order to finish. Maybe they don't enforce them? It sounds like they should have the park open later that day. I think that would frustrate people less than the situation you described.

It's funny you pick this scene out. My almost 4 year old thinks he's going to marry Ariel. Really. With her tail. And her voice. He can actually get quite detailed about how it's going to go down. He tells people about it semi-frequently. This is the exact scene that inspired his love. Exact. And he's actually asked to just watch this part. And watch it again. 3 year olds don't have hormones, do they?!?!?! Hope she doesn't get a restraining order. LOL!

Love the STELLA story! How cute! If stopping to watch your young one enjoy Disney and realizing that that is better than any ride makes you old, then I'm old too. We had a very similar FOTLK experience. I've actually always liked the show, but watching Zachary's excitement was priceless. He has lots of those moments at Disney, and that's a big part of why I love it. I give a big thumbs up to the idea of a bar in the Boneyard. Why hasn't Disney done that? It might make more money than DVC!

The reason I ask is because The Expedition Everest Challenge says they only provide transportation to/from host hotels to the event. I wouldn't think the Fort would ever be a "host."

Glad to see that they still have real BACON at Trails End. I'm going to have to eat some this April. Good for you to do the 5K!!!!! I did the couch to 5K program early in 2011 and ended up running the Vegas Rock n Roll Half Marathon in December of that year. Then I quit. I need to get back into it! I agree with you about Innoventions. They could tear one whole side out and put in more SOAT simulators. That is a cool ride with low capacity. It sounds like it's better than the new TT. And I should clarify, they are experienced tent campers, but want some Fort specific advice. For example, what loop should they request. Carol- That is great advice about the disposable plastic under the tarp. Why didn't we ever do that when we tent camped?!?!?!?
