  1. I find the CS food at DHS to be kind of lacking, but I'm not making ADRs for that day because I want to get Z into the JTA, and I'm not sure what time he'll get. So.... what are your favorite CS meals there? It could also be something like the pretzel dog (can you get one without mustard?) that's not really a full meal.
  2. No, but I've done that in the past, just in case. I recommend making all of your other ADRs first, and then trying that one. If you can't get it, call. Just be aware that if it isn't available, it will open up at some point.
  3. I keep forgetting to make these, and I LOVE cream cheese Danish.
  4. Good luck tomorrow!!!! Since it's only $2 more, I might just let Z order off the adult's menu for lunch if he wants to. Although, he eats a lot of that stuff on the kids' menu.
  5. I have stopped the spreadsheets and moved on to lists and charts. I have a whole folder on my computer dedicated to planning Disney.
  6. This isn't about eating but since you have your dad's credit card pre-order a photopass CD.
  7. OK, now my advice about the ADRs.... Be online at 5:50 AM tomorrow. They open up at 6. You are planning a lot of ADRs. That's a lot of time eating and not riding. And it's a lot of food. We usually only do 1 ADR per day. The only exception is when you are doing the Tusker House for breakfast and then the HDDR. That will work well. Skip the Kona breakfast and get to Epcot for rope drop, otherwise you'll be waiting 2 hours for both TT and Soarin. You can probably get the Fantasmic package at Mama Melrose for lunch. We did. The food is pretty good. This might not be available tomorrow. They te
  8. Why are you paying extra for park hoppers? You don't look like you're hopping and could save over $350 by not adding the hopper.
  9. First of all, don't panic. Tomorrow is your day. The plus 10 just means you can make ADRs for your whole trip vs. having to call back every day. Here's a calculator to help people figure out their day. http://wdwuntangled.com/advanced-dining-reservation-calculator/
  10. We used Apple Scooter for our last trip and had a good experience.
  11. A few final pictures and thoughts. Saturday morning, I ran here to get some breakfast. Man, it was busy. My purchase I was excited to try the red velvet cake doughnut (or donut). It's one of my favorites at our local gourmet doughnut place. You can see them in the bottom left of the box. The Donut Hole version was good, but it doesn't compete with Dutch Monkey Doughnuts. This is their version.... LOTS more cream cheese icing. So, you people who like the Donut Hole need to come to Cumming, GA and try Dutch Monkey. Sorry. Our trip back was HELL. There was lots of traffic. It
  12. I went into a cabin this time too. They are simple, but clean and have everything you need. The screened decks are great. I'm sad it had to end. He seriously is. I've never seen anything like it. And he's 4. That scares me. He has been used as a successful wingman by some teen boys in the past. They really are! Last minute doesn't work well there, but sometimes things open up. We always book 11 months in advance. Make a ressie!!! Thanks for reading!
  13. I'm the third vote for Topsail Hill. I posted lots of pics in my recent TR..... http://www.fortfiends.net/forum/topic/10161-lifes-a-beach-the-gadawgfan-family-unwinds-at-topsail-hill/
  14. That's right! Once the question has been answered the thread is fair game.
  15. I should have included a picture of a pie right here in my report so Lou would see it...
  16. I know I've mentioned you booked my carriage ride a few times. We'll let him slide though. He's old after all.
