Golf Cart Rentals
GaDawgFan.....Kelly replied to Millermouseketeers MaryAnn's topic in Off Property Rentals (Non Disney)
Hmmmm.... We're supposed to be getting ours Wednesday. -
If they sold a UGA band cover, or had a UGA band that I could use for multiple visits (without an AP), I would buy it. Jason likes to tease me that I'll buy almost anything red and black with a G on it. It's close to being true.

We only have 2 day tickets for next week, and it would only let me make 2 days of FP+ reservations.

Frozen sing a long coming to theaters
GaDawgFan.....Kelly replied to Beckers's topic in Disney Entertainment Forum
Have they ever done this before? I'm not sure if I'm more aware of it because Zachary LOVES the movie, but I swear I see soooooooooooooooooooo many facebook and internet stories about kids and these songs. -

We have a 2007 (I think) 35 foot Gulf Stream Conquest Super C. It has the bunks on a slide across from the bathroom in addition to the bunk over the cab. I love it, but not for the MPG. I think we get like 8-9 when we tow the Jeep, maybe 11-12 when we don't. I'd have to ask my husband for that because I could be totally wrong. I like that it has plenty of room. We've have beds to sleep 9 comfortably, although we never have had that many. The fridge is a lot bigger than our old trailer too. The gas tank is BIG, so we don't have to stop for gas as frequently as we used to. I don't like that

New member with campsite question
GaDawgFan.....Kelly replied to jgonyo's topic in Fort Wilderness Loops Information
First of all, WELCOME!!!! I believe there are some Fiends who fit big trailers in some of the preferred and full hookup sites. For the price difference though, you might want to go premium. Do you have kids? The premium sites don't have the sand that gets tracked in. They also have a bigger table. -
Wheelchair suggestions
GaDawgFan.....Kelly replied to Judy in Texas's topic in Camping with DisAbilities
Could he operate a scooter? That might be a better option since it will be very tiring for you ladies to push him in a wheelchair. When someone commented on how many hills there are in the parks that we've never noticed, I paid attention, and they were right. Then for some rides, you can use the transport wheelchair. I'm not sure how they do things like the Haunted Mansion, but I know they have a method. -
fortpartyof4, my family is from South Jersey (I'm one of the few Southerners in the family.) I actually think that South Jersey gets a bad wrap. The shopping complexes are ugly to me, but the rest of it is pretty nice- lots of green space and more rural than most realize. Do be warned though, when you head to the Shore (or what most of people outside of Jersey call the beach), you will be a Shoobie because you're from Philly. PS- Do yourself a favor and head to Atlantic City for a White House Sub.

Looking for a quiet premium loop
GaDawgFan.....Kelly replied to VolfanTim's topic in Fort Wilderness Loops Information
Another bit of advice, plan a Fort day in the middle of your stay. The playgrounds are awesome. The pool and splash area are nice. It gives everyone a chance to recharge too. Despite some of our complaining on this board, the Fort is truly an amazing and unique campground. Take some time to enjoy it.
