    Note to self... NEVER stay at POFQ. That resort looks disgusting. Actually, it might be funny to visit with Z since he makes funny/gross faces every time he sees something Gator related. That sandwich looks good. Does it fall apart as you eat it though? I've always thought sandwiches on bagels would.

    I was going to ballpark about what Gwen and Mo said. What exactly happened to your knee? I can't remember. In other news, remember when Jason needed knee surgery before our Spring Break 2013 trip? I fear the other knee is on the same path.... I'll be surprised if surgery isn't in the future before Spring Break 2015.

    Thanks for explaining. That makes perfect sense. My friend's daughter that did the CP went out to DL. She grew up in FL and had been to WDW a million times. She was a huge Disney fan, but wanted to experience DL and travel away from home.

    You need to use Twin #2's CM discount and take her to Kona Cafe, so she can get the chicken and noodles. Unless they've taken it off the menu there too....

    For just CS/QS, you are right, but I guess I look at the Fort as a whole. The overall food options are better to me. I love having the takeout option that reasonably priced. I love having both the Backyard BBQ and HDDR. The breakfast buffet doesn't have characters, but the food is better than most... REAL BACON. And the lunch options are also reasonable by Disney standards. One problem with the Poly is that there are NO food options by the pool. You have to go inside to Capt Cooks. The Poly does also have good options though... my second favorite for sure. Kona is underrated, and `Ohana is

    Spring Break 2013, we stayed at the Fort 8 nights and only went to the park 2 days (well, OK Jason and I went to Epcot one night while my dad watched Z), and Z didn't even notice. We did the campfire twice, went fishing, went to the pool, and did other Fort stuff. We had a blast! He LOVES the playground at the Settlement. I think we could just go there and the pool for a week, and he wouldn't care. We did do the Backyard BBQ one night. Have y'all done that? I can't remember.

    I've never eaten the dinner buffet either for that reason. We just get a GAG. We often eat the breakfast buffet on our last day, and it acts as breakfast and lunch. That makes it worth it.

    I think the Fort has a better selection.... 2 all-you-can-eat dinner shows with alcohol included, a buffet, takeout, a TS lunch, bar with food, and CS at the Pool (Capt Cook's is the Poly's only food option near the pool.) And if you think that looks good, you need to try Trails End lunch. It's awesome.
