  1. I agree. Keep checking and play with the numbers. Things open up all the time.
  2. The interaction at Tusker House is good, and you get to meet Mickey, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy. It's a good meal.
  3. We can hope, but would they tackle this at the same time as the reimagined Frozen ride and AK expansion? Doubtful. But pretty much anything would be an improvement.
  4. I'd do really heavy paper, not quite card stock. I can't remember how big the stamps are.... it will still look cute if they hang over a bit though. PS- I love that! So cute!
  5. True. I guess the transportation to and from the Fort doesn't bother me. I was thinking it would be helpful to get to and from the pool, campfire, Settlement, Outpost, etc. The fee wegoshop.com charges for grocery delivery is reasonable to save time too. We've decided that on our next trip, we're going to bring groceries down and use them for our mid-week grocery needs. I'd rather pay a little extra and lay at the pool vs. go grocery shopping.
  6. I agree. What is drawing you to the Beach Club for breakfast? If it's characters, do Tusker House. It will be soooooooooooo much easier and less stressful. If it's good food, do Trails End. IMO it's the best breakfast buffet in WDW.
  7. The rumor is back... based on the operating schedule for things in that section ending Oct. 11th. I'm not saying it's likely. I'm just sharing. http://wdwnt.com/blog/2014/09/bye-bye-backlot-tour-hollywood-studios-pixar-place-expansion-coming-many-current-attractions-closing-soon/
  8. Here's another tip... The Getty-up and Go take out dinner at Trails End (at the Settlement). It's 10 pieces of chicken and sides, and it's about $25. There are picnic tables by the playground. Since the cabins are pretty far from everything and you have a large group, I'd consider renting a golf cart. While not a "must," it would probably make your life a lot easier.
  9. Welcome!!!!!!!!! For groceries, I recommend www.wegoshop.com. They seem better priced than some other options. Transportation will be fine as long as you familiarize yourself with it. The Settlement is near the lake, and the Outpost is near the entrance. Boat to the MK leaves from the Settlement. Buses to DHS, Epcot, and AK leave from the Outpost.
  10. I have to do stuff like they all the time. They hold spots for people staying longer.
  11. We're doing the F&W Late Night Live! event the Thursday we arrive. It says we can enter at 9PM (no other ticket needed). 2 of us have APs and could enter whenever, but one of us does not. Do you think they'll be letting people in early? I know they do for the Christmas and Halloween parties.
  12. At least I won't be crying in my 7DMT video! I'm going to be white as a ghost in the ToT one.
  13. Alright seriously, if the Tag Fairies don't pick this one up they're just sleeping. And we've learned that Delsa is OK with peeing in public. Excellent.
  14. The Lou and a spike. Winning! As TCD mentioned, we did the balloon. I looked back at the link he posted (wow, my Z has grown up!). What I failed to mention there was that I was SCARED. It did move around a bit in the air. I'd do it again, but I'd have a drink beforehand. I enjoy resort time too. It's hard to balance Fort time/other resort time/park time. I need to start staying a month!
