Love the Harry Potter books! Couldn't ride the HP ride because back was bad, but it's better now, so next time I'm going!! Only complaint about HP area is lack of places to sit for aching or tired or just waiting people. VIP Cabin woo hoo!!

Lil Lou is not a baby anymore...he's even past toddlerhood. What a beautiful guy he is. Wondering when he is grown if he will be your largest cat? Those red/orange cats can get BIG. His eyes look like they are turning a nice shade of gold. You who are allergic to cats might try washing them on a regular basis if you really want to have cats. It's not as scary as it sounds It's the dried saliva on the cat's fur that we humans are supposedly alergic to. Oh boy I know what I'd be doing. Huskey Homestead tour is a must, it's Jeff King's home place. Jeff won the Iditarod 4 times 1993,1996,1998 and 2006. Then up near Fairbanks there are more kennels, among them is Lance Mackey's, he won the Yukon Quest and the Iditarod in 2007 and 2008. They are both 1000 mile races, only a few weeks apart. Then he also won the Iditarod again in 2009 and 2010! Yep 4 times in 4 years :) And in Fairbanks check out the Yukon Quest headquarters, American side. That race goes between Fairbanks, AK USA and Whitehorse, YT, Canada. Think it ends in FB this coming

First time for me also...loved that you made a budget and stayed in it. Why would anyone give grief to someone trying to make and stay in a budget?

Thanks fiends for these trip reports on the F&W. Expecting 4 sets of visitors from the north in the next few weeks. Only one set staying with us. I'm sending the various reports on to them....maybe get some more fiends in the process ......good going guys!!

Your fil and the Mounty make a nice picture. We took a vacation in Canada years ago and also found the citizens very friendly and helpful.

Just read your latest post to my mil, she then told me about her grandmother making pickles in a large barrel, she said they were really good. Your's looked really good too.
