  1. Very cool. What is on the thermos? Looks like it could be Jack Skeleton
  2. You will have a lot to explore :) It's nice you can take your time and not have to rush to get everything seen and done in 2 weeks.
  3. I don't remember her saying that. Bill checked in with the camper and pulled out, as I started thru the check in area, the cast member stopped me to ask how many passes I needed. She didn't take time to print them, just gave them to me. Just asked Bill, he says the lady printed them out and gave him one and told her to check with the lady behind him. I was driving our car. I did not see her print them, but wasn't looking for that at the time.
  4. Have a great trip! Are you planning neat stuff to see and do along the way?
  5. Then I could put this info there. If you ever make a Costco run while on the way to the fort or while staying there, you need to know ...the Costco at Orange Blossom Trail and Waterbridge Blvd. has moved to near the Millenia Mall. The 'old' location will become a business location, if you have a Costco card you can shop there. it will reopen in the fall. (at least that is what I was told) The gas station is still open! To get to the new Costco from the Fort. I-4 to either the Millenia Mall exit or if the roads are busy and you want to avoid Conroy traffic, go to the n
  6. Grits and Groceries sure looks good! Love the photos, so peaceful looking.
  7. When we checked in for WWW the cast member asked how many passes I needed. We got 3. And Carol had some too.
  8. Hugh headline in today's Orlando Sentinel. Disney World's attendance slips Guests are spending more on tickets, hotels By Sandra Pedicini Staff Writer Fewer people visited Walt Disney World from January to March compared with the year before as a new pricing strategy went into effect. The Walt Disney Co. reported the attendance figures Tuesday in an overall second-quarter earnings report. Earnings per share missed analysts' expectations for the first time in five years. Overall, Disney's year-over-yea
  9. YEEEE HAWWWWW This is one of those 'children don't try this at home' shows
  10. What a neat childhood you are giving your children. I'm thru the Lo Angles area blog. Back later to read the next one.
  11. You are doing a good job Marty. While I have no photos to share, if it wasn't for the WWW my hybrid would, probably, still be needing the new floor. We are such procrastinators. So thanks to WWW we won't be scrambling in the heat of July to make it do for our trip then. I had help from the DH, taking advantage as much as I can. He needed to be at check-in anyway so he helped with the set up too. Carol was in camp across the road from us, Marty and Sarah were in MK and I don't remember where Mo and Nicole had headed off to. Got set up, DH left and Carol said 'do you want
  12. Carol took me looping my first night at the fort for WWW. We saw a golf cart get stopped by a fort ranger and the baby or young child was moved from the driver's lap to the other person's lap up front. Saw something else that pleased me but CRS is working for me and access is not working..
  13. Thanks TCD! On noise and lights. At WWW we asked to be close to the CS. Disney put us next to it. That was fine, had a direct walk to the CS. And the lights on and around the CS lit our way. Didn't really need the outside light on the hybrid. But our first night there, about 1am the noise that woke me sounded like someone banging on or in a dumpster. Marty went outside, reported the next morning it was the cleaning crew banging on rugs or something. We didn't hear it the other nights. Maybe just too worn out to hear
  14. Good for you Carol My husband could ask for the one that will carry a 4x8 slab of plywood.
  15. Page 3 finished. Did the yellow flies follow TCD back to the camp ground? If you are out this way any time in the near future, be careful. If you get lost, like I did, you're going to find out where the Yellow Flies have been hanging out. They were swarming all around here near the lake.
  16. They are pretty easy to kill, IF you are able to be fast enough to smack them.
  17. Disney could make money on this, if the 'camper' does not put at least a tent on the site, then WDW will be happy to do that for you. For $$$ of course!
