  1. Day 3, Magic Kingdom. This went really well, kids played with bubbles while we got ready. Then quick stop at Trails end take out to get some breakfast, ate it by the playground. Wife and daughter got these, I tried the biscuits and gravy. Next time I'll try the waffles. Over to MK to use our first fast pass at Haunted Mansion. Then over to get a DAS pass for Elena. Watched Majesty Makers and did the carousel while we were there. Then to buzz light year. Lunch at Crystal Palace. Really enjoyed this characters really patient with my son. Elana and Phillar magic afte
  2. That was the loop behind us, not that there weren't sites with lots of tents and vehicles. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  3. Nope, 1500. I'd faxed in a request for that loop and to get near the comfort station. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  4. I opted for the sangria for a change. Could have done with for fruit but very nice. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  5. We'd originally planned to arrive on the 20th before extending, so we'd booked Hoop dee Doo for the 20th. Because of this we decided on Epcot as we figured it's less tiring than MK. Worked out well. One hitch, camp stove didn't work, so no coffee. Mostly due to this we were a little later than planned getting to Epcot, but still made our reservation at the garden grill. Hadn't done a pre rope drop breakfast before. Was good walking straight through, didn't quite realise how far it was from the entrance though. My son wasn't doing well by the time we for there but the bo
  6. Looking at that tent myself as I need something with at least two rooms but taller than my current tent. Only just realised it had AC vents though, trying to get my head around that. Can't help with the screen room we bought one recently but it doesn't have a floor, I have an old tarp that I will use next time. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  7. Finally getting around to doing a trip report. Loaded up the car the night before. Quick lunch stop in Davenport, next time we're leaving earlier. Got there around 1, checked in and upgraded our original one day tickets to 3 day Discovery tickets. Glad we'd reserved a golf cart. My wife took the kids to the pool while I set up. Screen room went up ok, but the tent really takes two people to put up. Fortunately someone was kind enough to help me. Getting a new tent for the next trip anyway. This one is quite low, I think it was made worse by the fact that the tent is from t
  8. It's also worth noting the boats can be delayed if it's foggy. Ended up taking a replacement bus from the Settlement to MK yesterday morning.
  9. Just got the email confirming my check in for 3/19, which now says 1 pm. Well more time in the pool.
  10. I've just ordered a couple of these for our trip in a few weeks. My youngest is a bit nervous about camping so will hopefully help. A lot of the ones mentioned here focus more on RVs than tents though, I did suggest that we'd just have to get a camper to go with the book, DW wasn't impressed.
  11. Yep seeing 3:00pm for my March reservation as well.
  12. I have an oscillating fan I'm using in my home office will probably take that and an extension cord. I've been looking at various camping fans on Amazon as well are these generally worth it? Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  13. Thanks for the advice will get a fan, any recommendations? Last time I tent camped was in the UK, so a little different. Haven't really gotten used to the heat and humidity here in Florida yet.
  14. Just added an extra day, we kept it short due to family commitments when we booked, so things have changed a bit now.
  15. Two night trip, current plan is check out the site the day we get there and we have Hoop de Doo revue booked. MK the second day and probably Disney springs on the day we leave. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  16. First time staying at the fort booked for the end of March, just had an email today saying our magic bands have been shipped. Seems real now, we've done a couple of days at the Disney parks before, but this will be the first time staying at the fort. Only doing three days this time to see how it goes. Last time we went tent camping was in England before we moved to Florida so this will be quite different. Managed to get a few more bits of equipment in the sales, so pretty much set other than needing to replace the sleeping mat we thew out when we moved. Don't think we'll be doing m
