Is the parade in DL different than huge one in WDW?

The cruise with the band I went on was actually their second. They had gone 3 years prior. On that trip, one of the guys tried lobster for the first time. As his throat started closing shut, he realized he must be allergic. Oops. It all worked out okay. I've tried lobster a couple of times (once on a cruise and once at local place. I'm not a fan, although I love some lobster pizza from Red Lobster.

We've stayed in a partial during October for $49/night.

I never knew what the tender boats were called. All I knew was that we needed to be back on one in time or we'd be left in a foreign country. Cool to know what they are.

I know we were allowed to stay there. We just wondered if they put us on a partial in preparation for a camper showing up that couldn't go on a partial. Couldn't think of another reason our reservation would've been changed. Or do you mean we only had one tent? Technically, we had three tents...they just zipped together to make 1. Did they at least tell you that you were being downgraded, or did they just continue on as if you'd originally booked preferred? I don't have any experience with trying to put a non-pup on a partial, but I have had them try to change my preferred reservation (presumably) because we showed up in a tent. We showed up 7-5-04. I had booked a preferred site and had requested the 100 loop. When we showed up, they asked where our camper was. We were driving a Saturn SL1. I doubt it would've pulled a lawn trailer much less a camper. We told them we had a tent. He said, "Oh. Okay." Then he came back and assigned us to 1501. It's not looking good for this year. We leave for Disney the next weekend. Plus, I'm not sure what G's Nutcracker rehearsal schedule is going to look like. If it wasn't for Disney, probably so, but she can't miss three weekend rehearsals back-to-back. The artistic director would kill us.

Looks like a fun trip so far. I've always been curious about Amtrak, but my dad works for the railroad (not Amtrak). He won't ride them because of all the derailments he's seen. After hearing all the stories growing up, I'm hesitant to ride it, as well. It looks like a nice way to travel for the right person.

I don't really remember much about EP (other than Spaceship Earth) until I was older. I don't think we ever went into any of the pavilions. Not really sure why, though.
