Well I made a day trip yesterday but avoided Disney Springs like the plague.

I would agree with everyone so far. If they are in grade school, take them out in May. Once they get into middle and high school, it is much more difficult to pull them out.

I liked the lunch menu so I am sad to see that go.

I go camping at Disney by myself all the time. It's actually the only place I feel safe enough to go camping by myself.

They closed Hillsborough County Schools tomorrow per state request so they could use the schools as shelters for those evacuating from other areas.

Just because her eyes weren't closed doesn't mean she wasn't sleeping when she passed. When I had to put my fur baby down, my vet let me know that animals don't/can't close their eyes in death and they are just open. I even tried to close them after my fur baby passed and they just wouldn't stay closed. I was glad she warned me because it would have startled me if I hadn't known. I know you loved Sushi very much and I know she went to sleep peacefully.

I think it's too soon to tell yet.

My friend left her very much a princess puppy, Charley, at Best Friends Kennel and Charley had a great time there. She would leave her there again and I would not hesitate to leave my new fur baby there any time. I found the place very clean and the staff very friendly and wonderful with the animals that stayed there.

I definitely believe they pick us as much as if not more than we pick them. I got a new puppy, Maggie, in June and she definitely picked me. You must post a picture of Savannah2.

I love the Halloween Party much more than the Christmas Party. I might have to get out to Disney to do it again this year! I can't wait to read the rest of your trip report!

It's been 6 and 9 months respectively since my fur babies have gone and I still see them out of the corner of my eye in the bedroom at night or coming out of the bathroom where the litter boxes were, or some other place. It's gotten a little better but I still miss them.

I am so sorry about Ellie. Making that decision to put them down is one of the hardest ones we have to make but you did the right thing for her. I know she is up there in heaven playing with her new friends. Sending my love and prayers to you and your family.

I was not thinking of going to see this version as it didn't look promising, in my opinion. But maybe I will see it now.

I am so sorry to hear about Ellie. I just lost my two fur babies (one in November and one in January) to cancer and it's so hard. Enjoy the time you have left with her.

It's supposed to be just a rain event and the west coast of Florida will get hit worse than you will inland. I think you should be fine. Good luck and drive safely.

I go tent camping at Disney solo all the time. I had to practice setting up the tent and taking it down before I went as well. I have become used to it and have no trouble doing so now. Hope you have fun!
