Well I did not take your advice, I went to the mountain, good thing not as cold as they said it would be, bad thing it was snowing and the wind was blowing so visibility was not that great but I survived it. Now its cocktail time.

That is a very nice little trailer and it sounds as if you dealt with a pretty good dealer and sales person that knew her stuff. She was never pushy and knew what your needs were, one sales guy I send folks to is like that and will also check your tow vehicle so it can pull what you want, great trip report and your like us, comfortable in both DVC units and a camper.

Good year does have a new trailer tire made in the USA and are getting decent reviews, but I don't remember what they are called, check a rv forum as there are always plenty of tire discussion on them.

The rooms at the Beach Club look they are set up exactly like the ones at Saratoga Springs but definitely updated, yes the balcony is narrow but looks longer then some resorts. Love the new little trailer, looks compact, best of luck with it and enjoy

Nacole thanks for the heads up where to try and stay, Americas best Campground is listed as a place to stay with the big rig set up we have and now are just trying to plan what dates to go, thanks again for the info.

Ray thanks for all the info, I will keep the side routes in mind. We are planning this trip so our son from New Mexico can meets us there, it looks to be about a 13 hour drive for him so we shall see how the planning goes. Thanks again.

Old Key West is great for the size of the rooms and even the patios are larger there, you can actually fit more then a couple of people compared to the one at other resorts.

Not sure about the Island but could be worth a trip for people watching. PF has a trolley system to get you around the area with a lot of stops and cheap. We used it to go to Dollywood, cheaper then the parking fee and drops you off near the entrance gate. We are thinking of hitting Branson with the rv this summer so any tips there would be helpful, thanks.

Is there a way to bypass your Roku. that may be interfering with the cable, much like the antenna booster will.

I like the truck buffet kind of a neat theming. We prefer a 1 bedroom even if it's just the 2 of us, I like the extra space and if I wake early I don't disturb the wife, Plus we do not get down often so we are using up points so they don't expire, hate not using our points.

Congrats that is a very nice unit, it is a Forest River product so I suggest you join FROG (Forest River Owner Group ) an also the owners forum, there is plenty of good advice on that board plus a few familiar people. Also look into the FROG International rally in August, we have room for almost 800 rigs at that rally but last year sold out in 21 hours so you have to be quick. Good luck in the beautiful new rig
