An Easter Weekend Trip on the Wonder with (most of) the TCD Gang

What a beautiful view! Is that Pomegranate Lemonade on the beverage station? If it is and is there most of the time, I might actually be able to talk DH into a Disney Cruise . :) -

Where in the World??

I normally can't ever think of where any of these are. I have a friend who has stayed at Wilderness Lodge, and saw the pictures and remembered those tiles because they were so cute. I wasn't sure it was the shower, but knew it was somewhere in the bathroom. -

The Year In Review: DIT Takes Disney Love To A New Level In 2017
Mrs.TN22 replied to DaveInTN's topic in Trip Reports
I am guessing that the Flooded Mine was one of your favorite rides. I did like that ride! but I also like it's replacement Daredevil Falls. My favorite was the Log Flume... broke my heart to see that one go. Many memories of riding that with my grandparents. However, the biggest reason we haven't been a quite a few years, is we just got tired of it. Guess it's time to go again. -

I loved the Dollywood Pics! I haven't been in years. I grew up going to Dollywood, before it was Dollywood and still Silver Dollar City - we had season passes every year. Always went with my grandparents. We had season passes with at least one gold pass each year up until around 2009 or so - that's when they started revamping and took many of my favorite childhood rides away - the memories were gone for me, and the kids were tired of going. So we haven't been in around 9 years. However, seeing your pics, thinking we might have to visit again. It's an easy day trip for us. -
Thursday – Epcot & Disney Springs Did some looping this morning – a few pics of daytime decorations DD and I originally had FP for Frozen at 5pm. Through consistent checking and refreshing for about 30 minutes one night I was able to get them for 12:30 – that made the day a little easier and not having to be planning around a 5:00 FP. We headed to Epcot so enjoy some more of the Festival of Holidays and just spend some time at Epcot. I didn’t get many food pics this day – but I managed to get this one of the pasta from Italy- the name of it escapes

After returning to the Fort – we found that DH and DS had been to MK to get DS’ AP card, and to pick up a gift for his girlfriend. They had then went to Grand Floridian to see the Gingerbread house and had late unch at Gasparilla Grill. I am now officially the only one in my family who hasn’t stepped foot into Gasparilla Grill. I will have to put on my list to do for next time. It was after 5 – so we went to the Trail’s End parking and walked to the bus stop to catch a bus to Wilderness Lodge for dinner. DS stayed at campground as he wasn’t hungry, and DH just came along for the compa

Nice to know we aren't the only ones! I didn't know who she was either. She played on Jessie and in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid movie series. I used to also know all of the Disney Channel people too. I do remember getting blessed with unwanted fastpasses or being able to give them away...memories :)

Help me decide - dining reservations
Mrs.TN22 replied to DavinD's topic in Dining Reviews and Information
Liberty Tree Tavern in Magic Kingdom. We really enjoy going there each trip. We go during lunch though as the menu has more variety at lunch. Dinner is the patriots platter only. All you can eat, but it's turkey, dressing, roast beef, pork, mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. It's good, but lunch offers pasta, salads, burgers and such. -
you are welcome, thanks for sticking with reading it! The mac n cheese was really good - just not quite enough. not a ride - I went and changed it to watched. As Carol said it can be intense. my dd still didn't like it.

Day 3 continued... Animal Kingdom - DD and I had FP for the river ride at Animal Kingdom, so she and I headed over there. We rode the ride ( I had ridden twice back in October) she loved the animatronics and all that, but was very disappointed that it was so short. After that, I needed to head to the little girls room – so we went to the one in Pandora (yes a reason I am telling this), she waited on me outside. While washing my hands, there is a lady taking pictures of her girls in the bathroom…which I wondered what was so great about the bathroom that you needed a pic. So as I was e

So glad you can see them. Thanks so much.

Thank goodness!! Well, then I will move this trip report forward and work on our short visit to Animal Kingdom.

ugh! well - I will try something else....google doesn't want to cooperate. Hopefully the latest change worked - if not I am considering giving up on the pictures.

Day 4: Wednesday A little bit of everywhere today. First, the kids were sleeping in – so I headed to get a biscuit and gravy! My view while waiting on my food. (the time/date stamp on the camera wasn't set correctly - so ignore that) I then looped around a couple of loops and then headed back to the site to eat. I I I wanted to see the Gingerbread house, so I headed to Grand Floridian via boat to MK. The boat docked at the resort dock for GF/Poly – the line to get on that boat was huge! Turns out, the resort monorail was down and it was prime breakfast reservat

Day 3 – Tuesday Non park day! DS and I headed to Disney Springs to see Star Wars: The Last Jedi. We didn’t get the opportunity to see it before we left home. We were going for the 10:30 movie, so were at the bus stop at 9:25 – at 10:00 we got on the bus to Disney Springs – yep, waited that long. We arrived at Disney Springs at 10:15, and headed to the theater. I didn’t realize that AMC was huge, and we walked in on the dine-in side – the 10:30 was on the traditional side but there were still seats available for the 10 showing on the dine-in side. She said that the previews were

Thank you. Baseline Taproom is a nice place to stop and sit and enjoy a snack. I would love tips - my DS is always talking smack when it comes to that game. - I think sometimes I get so caught up in the competition and fun that I don't really try my best...lol by taking the boat to the Poly, we figured son would be stuck on the monorail while we waited on him...he must have just had luck on his side that day. We have tried to try Trader Sam's a couple of times, but always a long wait. We honestly didn't even think of it that night. Glad to know they have the pot stickers.
