  1. Thanks for the heads up, but since these meetings are happening so far off site there is nothing Disney can do about them. My intent is to only notify other fiends the amount of time involved in offsite rentals. There are certainly other choices when it comes to renting from folks other than Disney, you just have to know who to contact .
  2. Walgreens has an app that will let you do this. Towards the lower section of the page linked below are instructions. http://www.walgreens.com/topic/apps/learn_about_mobile_apps.jsp?SL_ClientGroup=1
  3. If there is a Walgreens near by, possibly upload the image and have them print it out? Assuming the copyright doesn't prevent that.
  4. We could always use some two sided tape and stick them on every selfie stick we pass at Disney.
  5. Our first experience at the Plaza was a great one. We both commented on how much we liked the fries, and especially the vegetarian sandwich.
  6. I would demand my deposit back and call the dealer in TN and see what they can tell you about the 2015 model availability. This way you would have a second story from a somewhat unbiased source, and possibly an option to negotiate a bit better price now that the 15's are on their way out. No personal bad experiences with CW, but the dealer in our area parted ways with CW about 18 months ago, and I had heard it was due to customer service. It sounds to me like your dealer did not place the order until very recently, as I would think they would have known before now.
  7. @Humphrey Bear You should post a picture of the girls.
  8. We just returned from the fort and renting a GC from Kenny. This was the first time we had to meet him offsite, rather than on property. We arrived at the Fort on Saturday and my scheduled pickup time was 2pm Sounds easy, but it was 2:45 before all was said and done. When it came time to leave the fort, we called to confirm a time to meet off site again, Scheduled time was 8am, Left the fort at 7:30, the person I was meeting was late by 15 minutes, so around 8:15 returned to Fort, loaded GC, returned GC , had to unload GC verify it was working, Made it back to the fort around 9:20.
  9. Cable in the 1400 loop has been spotty since we arrived. However, beginning yesterday afternoon (Monday) it was out completely, and then last night it started working better than it has since we arrived, especially the cable modem.
  10. It was a quick 5 minute phone call by DW to make the changes she could not online. She was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and the fact they spoke english fluently.
  11. Second this place. We stayed this past weekend and were pleasently surprised to be escorted to our site and then assisted with parking to accomodate slideouts and trees. Will definitely stay here again!
  12. @TCD thanks for the review, this should make getting reservations easier for those non-fiends. I know we typically overpay for everything at WDW, but this one seems even out of their SOP! I guess this is what the DDP and ADR's are creating.
  13. I have another one to add to the list. Cheese sampler Germany (inside wine shop) Epcot The mushroom Brie is Awesome!
  14. If you don't have electric jacks, I always carry a drill driver with the attachment socket to raise and lower the jacks.
  15. Great Thread idea!! Here's mine What: Fish&Chips Where: Yorkshire County Fish Shop Epcot And thanks to this thread I will be having a slushy in France very soon! Thanks
  16. Wow don't remember campers of that era having slide outs. Love these old pics......My first trip to WDW was 2001 so I have no idea what was there, this is certainly filling in some gaps from those stories I have heard about RC and EPCOT.
  17. Sorry, Diesel only. Product development manager responded to my email. Something to do with liability......yada, yada. The only thing Titan has to offer is the in bed spare tank option much like Transfer flow. That might be the way I go, even though it means stopping to refuel, I at least wouldn't have to stress between gas stations.
  18. What you have (i.e. Class A, TT, 5th wheel): 37' TT If you're towing (so TT or 5th wheel) how heavy is it: 9,800 If you tow, what is your tow vehicle: 2011 F250 SRW 6.7 Diesel Gas mileage: 12-14 towing 17-19 not towing Do you like it, love it or hate it (this applies to both the tow vehicle and what you're towing (or driving if Class A or C): Wow! what a difference a Diesel makes. Completely different towing experience. If you'd like to make a change, change to what and why: Not a thing.
  19. She who shall be obeyed. That is what Humphrey Bear and I say when our DW's "have spoken". Usually at barely an audible mumble while walking away.......
  20. Could we get 3 non-trip reports in one day? The suspense is driving me crazy. :banghead:
  21. I NEVER put the winterizing fluid in my hot water heater. I use the bypass valves when witnerizing so the anti-freeze does not enter the HW heater. I only drain mine at the end of the season, this is why I use a filter on my inlet water to hep prevent any sediment or foul odor/taste in the TT water.
  22. You reminded me of how much I enjoyed the Moon River Brewery (except for the coffee beer). Shortly after returning home from our stay in Savannah we watched this on the travel channel about it. Thought this was pretty cool. http://www.travelchannel.com/shows/ghost-adventures/articles/moon-rivers-haunted-history
