The following information was official from Disney as of 4/08/14
Tents are available for rental from Disney at Fort Wilderness. They are 8' x 8' canvas bottom tents that sleep 4 adults without cots, or 3 adults with cots. Disney will set them up and break them down for you.
Cost is $31.95 per night including tax.
Cots are also available for rental for $5.33 per night per cot. They are standard army cots.
To check availability on a tent rental from Disney call 407-939-7807 opt 4 between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
You must have your reservation confirmation number ready when you call.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- 5 day notice is required for group rentals
- 24 hour notice is required for individual rentals
- Pets are NOT permitted in rental tents
